Hello everybody,
Here is the story:
I have been playing poker for several years on many major sites and networks, never had been banned until this very moment. With that being said I passed successfully all the security checks that were applied to me during last 8 years or even more. Every time I read some ban stories on forums I thought that I will never be in their shoes just because I am playing fair, using allowed software only and most probably these players did smth wrong. It looked like "There is no smoke without fire" to me. The time has come and I am in these shoes now.
I had a Guts account since July 2019 and on the 10th of March I got a ban from Guts. The motivation behind that was "32.4 Bots/Prohibited Programs".
I was almost sure that this is ridiculous mistake, that will be corrected in the nearest future. With a 100% percent sure that I am innocent and the issue will be resolved soon, just a matter of time, I created account on RedStar not to waste time and to keep playing on MPN, did send verification docs by my own initiative. After playing a week on RedStar I got banned again(because of relation to the Guts account... ofc same name same passport etc) with a confiscated total of more than 2500USD(1300$+ on Guts and 1200$+ on RedStar). A person should be a complete dumb moron to register on the pokerroom of the same network and do the same nasty bullshit with bots/AI/advisors/prohibited software or whatever... Something makes me think that I am not completely braindead and if I really did smth nasty like that I won't go to RedStar and deposit my money there for sure.
Just to finish all that lyrics being said before I can assure that I was and I am a strong supporter of a fair play and I am against cheaters, bots, unfair play, etc etc... myself. I simply don't need it. I use some proprietary poker software for sure to improve my game but I do it with closed poker clients only and I never ever had any bots installed on my PC, I don't even know any, I am not even interested. I believe that the best strategy from my side to be as transparent as I can and show my cards face-up. I also understand that every person got banned and funds confiscated tries to sell the story he is warm and fuzzy guy and so on... and I should say that it is natural from a 3rd party's-eye perspective especially, it is a conflict of interests after all. I was pretty upset with all this happened so my response is a little bit later than it should be from my point. However I did familiriaze myself with this topic and saw some similar cases and most probably there is no cases re-resolved in player's favor. I also understand that banning players is some sort of a system procedure and so on... but sometimes this system stuff have glitches.... Inspite of this I hope that there is a mistake on your side. Case from case vary after all..
To the facts from my side:
99% of my games were Spin'n'goes(Fish Party Sit & Goes) and from the start of my play on Guts I used PokerTracker 4 and MPN Tools while playing only. That is the only software I used while playing. After the game I used popular ICM calculator and popular GTO solver to improve my game(not naming the software cz I want to leave the room for mistakes minor poker network can do in case of any unfair scenarios.. no problem to do it). Both are very popular and well-known in Poker community and are OK to use while poker clients are closed. I also have another tools like Flopzilla, Equilab and CardRunnersEV but I have not used them for a long time as far as I remember. It is very highly unlikely that I forgot to close solver or calculator during the game. Why was I banned only after 6 months? I asked myself..I did the same thing for these 6 months... What happened/changed with other conditions being equal(economists like to apply this phrase)? The answer I found is a popular Youtube poker Spin'n'go streamer I was running on the background sometimes, bringing it to the foreground sometimes while waiting the tables to fill. He is running a marathon right now including playing FishParty sometimes on MPN. The issue can be in the fact that sometimes I was on the same tables with him. To avoid collision and unfair play streamers do a significant time delay in their streams. So there should be no breach of any terms in this case. Standard practice. Because of the delay nobody can have any unfair advantage at the moment, it looked more like background music/noise to me. Afterall I can watch this stream recorded later on Youtube. Anyway he continues to stream and I continue being banned nowadays.
Now about the software I used while playing:
1) PokerTracker 4 - I have my own HUD which I've done myself specially for Spin'n'Go and Headsup games. I think it is out of question. It is industry standard software.
2) MPN Tools - I used it for table tiling, hotkeys and betsizing... everything should be clear, simple assistant tool like PartyCaption, StarsHelper, TableNinja. BUT Not so clear.... here are the facts below.

Guts support said that MPN Tools was prohibited! And they won't allow using it. UPS!
What about RedStar? Couple of my friends stopped using MPN Tools because support told them not to use it because they can be banned for it. Hm.. Okay... I tried it myself. See chatlog below. For those who don't understand Russian I will provide translation of the core below(screenshots):

Me: -Why?
Support: -Because there is a chance You may be banned for using this software
Me: -Why so?
Support: -Because using software which helps making decisions based on AI(bots) is prohibited. This software can be the reason of ban.

Support: -We do not recommend using MPN Tools software
Me: -But there is no bots and no AI.. Why then?
Support: -We already have had bans, players used this software. That's why we cannot guarantee that You won't be banned for using it.

Need to say that I made one more iteration with Redstar support week later and they changed their mind. But it does not change much.. Too much contradictory info already...
3) There is no more software....maybe Firefox, Skype or Windows?

I don't know the guy who was banned in the exact case above and I am not his advocate 100%. Maybe he is guilty after all.
Interesting unappealable position by MPN Rep: "They are fishing for information about how they were caught." As I am fitting these shoes right now I want to answer MPN: As for me I don't care HOW, I DON'T GIVE A **** HOW... What I want really to know is WHAT FOR? I am 99.9% sure that there is nothing! to ban me for. Other 0.1% is for I forgot to close this damn calculator/solver.
One analogy comes to my mind in regards to the mentioned MPN position.
Let's imagine we have a boy/husband and a girl/wife. A girl loves her boyfriend/husband for sure. But in all conversations with another girls she blames her boyfriend how bad/ugly/stupid/etc he is. The reasoning for this is that she is so unconfident in herself and she tries to remove any potential competitors who can seduct her boyfriend/husband from the road this way.
Why am I talking this? You just look like so unconfident in Your security service team/integrity team/security methods(underline necessary). I believe that truth is on my side so having this fact I conclude that security methods are not the best ones, because it did produce at least one mistake. Taking into account the fact that your poker business is falling apart, probably You can't afford top systems and You look like this unconfident mentally ill girl with a monthly period as a bonus...
