Logo is mostly text with a small bit of card-related imagery... much like every other site. I don't know what you think is wrong with it!

This is hard to calculate due to multiple factors, such as ongame networks new rake essence and game type/ stakes you play.
However in tournaments you receive 5 players points per $1 in rake, which can be helpful for further calculations.

Hi Guys

Just wanted your opinion on this as I may just be a little impatient.

I previously played on Prime Poker which then became Fulldeckpoker I decided to deposit and have a play as I haven't player on Prime Poker or Fulldeck poker for quite a while.

I decided to cashout $700 on Tuesday at approx 12:20pm there server time this was to goto my moneybookers account which I have deposited with before.

I emailed them on Wednesday about if my cashout has been received they advised me We can confirm that your withdrawal request was successful and is been processed. I did this as I didn't receive one email to say I withdrawed funds - would be great if i had heaps of $$$ on there and someone was draining my account.

I emailed them again on Friday my time which would be Thursday evening there server time about the process of my withdrawl an get the following - Thank you for your email regarding your Moneybookers withdrawal.

I am really sorry for the delay of your withdrawal.

We are currently experiencing some delays processing Moneybookers withdrawals.

So I emailed them on Saturday and asked again for the process of my withdrawl then bang I get the

Thank you for contacting customer support regarding your withdrawal to Moneybookers.

Please be advised that your account has been temporarily blocked as a result of a random security check.



After all this time they decide to do this and slow my withdrawl process down which has already taken quite a while!

So i send them the documents they requested

1. Colour Copy of your Passport or Government Issued I.D.

2.Copy of the front and back of your Credit Card ending *xxxx ( the back should be signed)

3. Recent Copy of a Utility Bill (Gas/ Electric or Water Bill) showing your name and address, no older than 3 months.

4. A screenshot of your Moneybookers account.


Still haven't heard anything about the verification of these documents which I have no issue with as I have used them on other sites.

If my cashout was processed how can they stop it just like that as my understanding is the money has been sent to moneybookers its just waiting to be processed by them.

I find it frustrating that the 3 other sites I have cashed out on to Moneybookers money has been there within 24 hours!

Do you think I have cause for concern or should just wait it out?

*I did ask out long the security check takes and receive this so its like no time frame so that means they can just take as long as they want?

Inform you that for security check we do not have any time frame, once it will be finished you will be informed.
For your information while your account is under security check you your funds that you put for withdrawal are frozen until the check will be over.
And as your withdrawal is in process you are not able to see this transaction on your account.

How is your thing turning out?? Unblocked??
I am experincing the same thing.
...
- requested Moneybookers withdraw
- account blocked for "random security check"
- send in all requested docs
- waiting & waiting
- now I also got their email saying:
"Inform you that for security check we do not have any time frame, once it will be finished you will be informed...blabla...

Many other Ongame big names can verify a/c in hours without blocking.
Is this a standard for FullDeck?

I believe things will be sort out eventually,

Still not luck I didn't send the back of my drivers license which i re sent over 24 hours ago as this was need to finalise the 'security check'

I did ask for an update as usual just got this

It annoys me they fail to contact the area handling this situation and ask them is there any progress on this? basically they just have to wait to hear from them. I did ask them to provide me with the email address of the area handling this which they wouldn't provide.

Almost upto 10 days now.

Please give me examples besides a passport? of what I can supply you with that is available
in Australia.

Everything I supplied is sufficent within Australia and on any other site - Drivers license,
Credit Card back and front copy, Phone Bill, copy of money Bookers account.

This is getting quite frustrating 10 days now and you guys are just using excuse after
excuse please just send my $700 withdrawl request to my money bookers account or you can
even put it back on the credit card I deposited with I am not really fussed.

But please stop making things difficult

i have had the same security checks on atleast 2 other ongame skins. i think its more like ongame's policy than sites. i wouldnt worry too much if i were you, security checks are a bitch but once its done you dont need to expect another one for awhile
