Hi, software upgrades/improvements are in production now.

I don't expect deposit bonuses will be paid upfront in the future, as (unfortunately) that opens us up to bonus abuse.

As for SNGs: one thing, I think, that needs to happen here, is an improvement to the tournament lobby (also in production at the moment) - at the moment it's difficult for new comers and/or rec players to find the SNGs. For now though, you could try to get some SNGs going; bring your friends - perhaps all it would take is a group of avid regulars starting games to kick things off...

I see how upfront deposit bonuses would naturally bring about abuse. Now that I'm about ~400 hands in on your site, I can't really complain about the speed at which bonuses are paid it. It's pretty fair.

I will continue to spread the word about sng's. As said, all in all - you definitely have a decent product in your site. I'm enjoying playing on it tremendously.

edit: As for your software - I think I found a bug. My tournament and cash game all ins were listed at "2" when I created the account and now after playing for a while...it's still listed as "2" all ins. I've gone all in several times and this statistic seems to not be recorded accurately.

Some kind of incentives to get players in the SNG games would be great, maybe a SNG leaderboard with bonuses for the top monthly players. I would put 8-10 hours in daily if you had the SNG games I play (mid-high stakes). My only option right now is Bovada as no other USA facing site has a descent amount of SNG games, plus you guys are the only other network that actually pays out USA players, so even if the other guys (Merge or Revolution) had games I would not waste my time just to not get paid, or to have to wait months. I'm going to load up this week on BCP and start sitting in the 6 handed $50 and up SNG games and see if I can get any action, hoping that if players see other SNG players sitting more will come? Worth a try I guess and hoping BCP can come up with some ideas to get mid to high SNG games running. Bovada is great but need more SNG's and hoping BCP can provide these in the near future.

The first site someone here referred me to was Bovada but I'm in New York State so ...there goes that.

BCP has really been fun so far, though and I like the speed at which their games move along. I get more hands in per hour here than I do on most other sites.

How come when I try to buy a cash bonus in the points store it asks me for a shipping address? Doesn't the cash just go into your BCP account?

It's just a requirement of the store - I assume the store was originally designed purely for items to be posted. The funds will go into your BCP account, just enter an address and submit and it will be fine.

I submitted my forms for verification and to receive debit card. Approved April 30. $25 was taken from account.

As of today, I have not received the debit card and now I am told today that I need to submit a passport copy, social security card or voter registration. The "Bank" says Driver's licenses are no longer valid form of ID. Really in what fkning country is a driver's license not valid?

This f*ckin blows. Mind you that I have been requesting every week for a status and was told that everything is fine and 4 weeks later this.

You're talking about a foreign bank here. The requirements of the bank changed in the last month, and you are just unlucky that the changes took place in between your application being submitted (and accepted), and delivery of your debit card taking place.

Players who already have the debit card, and have used it, also have to now provide a passport copy (or one of the other documents you mentioned) if they've not already done so. There's nothing personal going on here, and the banking team are not trying to make it harder for you to access your money, there's just been a change in the required documents for account holders.

As I mentioned, you were just unfortunate that this change occurred when it did. For that, we apologise, but it couldn't be helped.

Yeah it's not bad. I like to stack and moves tables out when I got involved in a hand and wanted to see the action, this software does it for me so saves me a lot of headache. Got one little bug that I've noticed but it's not a deal breaker.
Wouldn't try and multi-table without it.

That makes no sense to require a voters registration over a driver's license. Driver's licenses now have holograms and lots of security features that make them much harder to forge then a mere voter's registration card. Makes not sense at all.

You only need to supply more documents if they've been requested, so you should be fine. If you want to be 100% sure, just send an email to security@blackchippoker.eu and ask if your account is certified.

Same thing happened to me just scan and send it. It took them 15 days but I just got my tracking number its in the mail.

Speaking of the Debit cards: I know there is ~5$ monthly fee.

1) So what is the fee for a w/draw to debit card each time?
2) What are the atm w/draw fees total ea/ time?
3) What are the "point of sale" debit card purchase fees ea/ time?
