Hey I am new to blackchip, and my first session was trying to 4 table and poker tracker was only working on 2 tables...is this something that always happens? Any ideas on how to fix it?

There is no official ETA yet as there are too many variables that can affect how long it takes but it is 'on deck' and being worked on now. PT4 wouldn't work with me either when i first tried. Even though it was new outta the box. They told me to go to database management and rebuild the cache, and that actually worked. it works great now. so try that.

hello all,just wanted to ask all the players who play at bcp for a living or part time.Lets say you build your bank roll within a year up to 40,000 in your bcp account.,what does a player tell the irs when tax time comes.do u have to tell the irs how much you have in your bcp account.what if you withdraw from the bcp debit card every few weeks to pay bills or buy a car.how does players report to irs at tax time.do you have to keep track of every withdrawl taken from bcp debit card.and what if you won a 50,000 tourney do you have to tell them that u won the tourney or do they just want to know the witdrawls from debit card.sorry for the long paragraph.concerned pokerguy5555.any help would be great cause im thinking of playing part time or full time at bcp.im from the usa

But from what I know any money you made it doesn't matter if you didnt withdrawl it you still made it must be reported for tax purposes. If you made 40k and it's just sitting in your BCP account according to the IRS you still made 40k they don't care if you withdrawl it or not.

Meh, "just fine" is a stretch. It works but it works like crap. Loses HUD, HUD switches to the wrong tables, HUD appears on only some tables, won't allow me to set a preferred seat to always place the HUD (to compensate for lack of preferred seating on WPN), etc. etc.

I own both. I actually prefer HM2. I only use PT4 on the couple of sites that HM2 won't work on at all. That said, if either just worked properly on ALL sites I'd ditch the other one.

So yeah, to keep it on topic: WPN please update your crappy client software, and PT4/HM2, please fix your WPN support.

Couple questions about the debit card:

Says to provide scan of utility bill. Does the bill have to be in my name? As the utilities are under my roommates name? If so, anything else I can provide to fulfill this requirment?

Approximately how long from sending in the documents will it take to be verifed, and then to receive the card in the mail?

You'll need to clarify with security@blackchippoker.eu - but, as far as I know, you will need to provide something which shows your name and address on it - something posted to you there.

Also, as far as I know, once you have provided everything required you should be certified within six hours, but then everything has to be sent to the bank, and it's possible something may be rejected at that point. Assuming it all goes through smoothly, you should be looking at about 1-3 weeks until you get the card.

Did they ever announce the increase in rake in some sitngo's? The rake in the hyper husng's was increased and I never saw an announcement.

two of my friends and me all had these same issues with PT4 and after rebuilding the cache and doing housekeeping it works flawlessly for us now.

now, we are only playing anywhere from 6-15 tables. so if you are playing more than that, then that could be the source of your performance issues.

I don't play any more tables than that, and if you're talking about database maintenance I do that pretty often. I'll go through it all again to see if it makes a difference with WPN but I'm skeptical -- db maintenance shouldn't have anything to do with a lot of the HUD issues I'm seeing. I'm not having performance issues in terms of speed or lagging, it's bugs in how tables are detected and how the HUD is applied, not in how the HH data is stored/retrieved (i.e. the function of the db).
