Happened to me bunch.I didnt play in that tourn but when i am playing,Its usually 10+ tables and i assumed it was the lag.BCP is the only site that slows down on me when MTTing.
And the buttons have disappeared on me during this time.

Never complained because,1-i assumed it may have been because i was running "STACK&TILE" as well as the 10+ tables.
2-complaining doesnt get anything but a "we'll look into it" email.

BCP needs to get their act together.

Support said it was a problem on my end and not their end. Then told me to delete cookies and restart comp. That didn't work.

Well after pestering support for an hour and a half it turns out the problem was on their end. Resolved now.

The buttons have been disappearing the last few weeks in what appear to be random events in MTTs and Satellites. From what I have observed, it is just for 'one hand' when it occurs. I have been playing a lot of the small OSS Satellites and I hear players constantly remarking that they are sorry they can not act because they have no buttons. It has only happened to me on one occurrence so far.

Just seems the software is broken in so many small places

Finally had the disappearing hand thing happen to me. they returned actually on the next card (TURN) of the hand and I was able to fold, which is what I wanted to do the first card (FLOP). It was a private tourney. It did not re-occur during the rest of my time in that game.

No drugs were involved in this experience!

Hurry up with the software upgrade. As of Feb 1 I will be leaving Carbon and fortunately got the 35% rb set up in time with BCP. Unfortunately the current software is so poor that I must wait, leaving me with no place to play.

Traffic seems like it is dropping quite a bit in the last few weeks...

Lack of preferred seating, timing out issues, etc is making it extremely hard for me to play more than 4 tables. Putting in more than 1k hands is a struggle on weekdays. I am so looking forward to the big update. Probably kidding myself hoping its coming soon.

I downloaded the trial of PT4. Took some getting used to but I like it. Would be nice if HEM is supported before the trial runs out. Don't want to shell out another $150 for PT4 when I already have HEM.

Update your software to where I can comfortably play 20+ tables and you will have yourselves a big customer. It seems your VIP service is top notch (comparable to stars) right?

I was BCP player on merge, looked at the software and have not played a single hand at Winning network. I would love to test the VIP system but its hard to take advantage when I can play pry ~1/3rd of the games on Winning compared to merge

Edit: I am currently legend. Just looked. Can someone tell me what this equates to as a RB %?

I achieved this status from my BCP play while on merge network, again since the network switch, all I have done is withdrawn. I am interested in getting back on board with BCP but its the software holding me back

I also just went into the client and tweaked some options and this software is not near as bad as i thought. i see potential here, a "stack tables" feature would be heavenly

I guess if i just "maximize table" and hit apply to all, i have stacked tables covering my whole screen, which i like. BCP actually just got me pretty excited

a few things, i know a software update is supposed to be coming. i dont think this software is to bad but some things need improved :

1. i do not see preferred seating
2. tables do not seem to get remembered. if i close all my tables after organizing them to my liking, the next session all the tables popup not how i closed out of them. if tables were remembered by how they were closed, this would be Awesome!
3. I wish we could get rid of the chat box and the cards i folded, it takes up screen space that could be utilized much better (for the poker game itself)


Again this software is actually much better than i originally gave credit, i like:
1. the simplicity, scrapping it down to the bare bones makes a pretty clean table except for the chat box
2. coloring when players act (orange = check, green = bet, etc)

overall, not bad at all. I know some ppl hate the size of the details, i agree. Player names, stacks, etc are to small, these def. need to be enlarged.

I don't like the default sounds. Can I change or disable them? -- Yes you can. Open a poker table, look to the upper left hand corner for the "gears." Click the gears button, then choose the Sounds tab. Now you can select individual sounds and use the browse feature to find other sounds to replace the defaults, or even to disable certain sounds.


BCP is no longer on the Merge Gaming Network. It used an entirely different software package.

"Stack&Tile" kinda makes BCP playable without breaking anything

Its not an actual "hotkey" program but it does contain a few.The greatness of S&T comes from the auto tiling or the stacking and tiling like the name suggests.
Pretty bad ass program from use on ANY site.ANY!!

When it's your turn to act, the All-In button shows some times but not others. This is in both cash games and tournaments. It's pretty annoying in games like the OSS sats where you only start with 500 chips where my only move is to fold or shove. It seems if I have over a certain amount of BBs I have to use the slider or type my stack in since no All-In button exists.

I agree with the chat box. I have never even seen anyone chat at BCP since it has moved other than at the end of a heads up match, "gg". I do miss the old merge software funny faces

I like the folded cards though.
