This is the original email I received 1 day after requesting my bank draft withdrawal.
"Dear Mr. XXX,
Greetings Black Chip Poker; it is a pleasure to be of your assistance!
Please be advised that your withdrawal has been cancelled and the funds has been placed back in your account since the method you selected is not available at the moment. We extend our apologies; but this option appears at our cashier section due to a glitch in the system.
We apologize once again for any inconvenience this may have caused you and at the same time we are asking you to please select any other alternative available for you in order to request your cash out.
For further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us we will be more than glad to help you.

Here is my response:
"Hello,
I was told when I tried to withdraw in December that the check withdraw was down but would be back January 3rd. That is the reason I attempted to withdraw yesterday. Are you telling me checks are still down? If that is the case can you be so kind as to tell me when they will be back?

And then I received this immediately after which was very confusing:
"Dear Logan,
Thank you for playing at Black Chip Poker; it is a pleasure to be of your assistance.
Please note that the checks are available for withdrawal, please take in consideration that this method is listed as Bank Draft.
Should you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us."
So I was told it was a glitch that I got a check, and then was told that checks are there and it is implied I chose an incorrect method (I knew check was bank draft). Anyway not sure what to do. I guess I'll request another now and see how that goes.
