Hello, just curious how withdraws have been and what the best method is for cashing out now that black chip has moved to the winning poker network/acr?

What is the deal with check withdrawals? I was told they would be back the 3rd, requested one only to have it cancelled today and told checks are not an option right now. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

i was able to submit a check request a few minutes ago in the cashier and it hasn't been cancelled or anything yet. try one in the cashier now maybe?

My recent withdraw was just cancelled by BCP support because the money came from a P2P transfer.

However, I raked over $15k last month and was an A high VIP. Surely this is enough to clear any playthrough requirements? In the email sent to me by support, it states " We noticed that your funds came from a Player to Player transfers and we do not allow cash-outs from funds that come from Player to Player transfers."

Does this mean that no matter how much I play, I will never be able to withdraw this p2p transferred money?

Edit: I just spoke with live support and they corrected this issue for my account. I will re-request the withdrawal and see if it gets approved.

I requested yesterday and it got cancelled this evening. I would rather understand what is going on before requesting again.

Oddly enough when I responded to security' s cancellation email asking when checks will be back I was told they were fine. I'll post the emails here a bit later.

I requested my card on 12/7 and recieved it in around a week. I've made one cashout with it so far and on my second, my only problem with is that there are a lot of fees that come with it. Here's a link to the fees

Sorry I don't really understand this (I know it's a fairly common practice, but I've never had rakeback before).

On my rakeback page is says the amount listed for rakeback does not include deductions. What are these deductions? Are they listed somewhere?

Perhaps I just need a link here.

still waiting on my check that was sent 12/10/2012.via regular mail almost 1 month now.before the network change.i was waiting almost 3 months.talk to live chat and support they said in fact the check is in the mail and that they are just delayed due to the holidays.this is very frustrating as that others have received checks any feed back would be great thank you.

I haven't received any replies from the banking dept. in relation to my debit card application.
I emailed support asking for an update and their reply is below, seems I'm still waiting to get approved.

This is the original email I received 1 day after requesting my bank draft withdrawal.

Here is my response:

I was told when I tried to withdraw in December that the check withdraw was down but would be back January 3rd. That is the reason I attempted to withdraw yesterday. Are you telling me checks are still down? If that is the case can you be so kind as to tell me when they will be back?

And then I received this immediately after which was very confusing:

"Dear Logan,

Thank you for playing at Black Chip Poker; it is a pleasure to be of your assistance.

Please note that the checks are available for withdrawal, please take in consideration that this method is listed as Bank Draft.

Should you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us."

So I was told it was a glitch that I got a check, and then was told that checks are there and it is implied I chose an incorrect method (I knew check was bank draft). Anyway not sure what to do. I guess I'll request another now and see how that goes.

if I just started on BCP but didn't sign up with any rakeback deals or whatever , do I still get rakeback on Wed or whenever they pay it out or did I have to sign up with something ?

Its been on the second Sunday since it started. I imagine it will stay this way as long as they're doing the beast. (First Sunday may come to early so it would give time for people to receive the emails that they qualified and or be able to check the list so the second Sunday makes the most sense)

ok so when i reg HU SNGs it occasionally glitches out and then both ppl are unregged from the tourney for no reason. Its annoying and confusing and I keep scrambling to see if its running so I dont sit out and lose my buyin...

I received a funds transfer of $1000 from another player.

I tried to withdraw $500 recently as I need the money, and my request was denied saying that withdrawals are not allowed if the funds originally came from a player transfer.

I already raked $100 on the account.

I understand you don't want to be a financial institution but are my funds basically being confiscated if I am never allowed to withdraw them?

If there is a playthrough requirement, what is it?

The blanket denial I am receiving from the cashier with seemingly no recourse is very troubling.

You already answered the question by yourself ... if you didn't sign up for rakeback, you don't get it. You can only request to get switched to rakeback but this can only be done once, you cannot change your loyalty program more often.
