The majority of MTTs are still down while Merge try to find a fix for the instability. For now I think it's just best to steer clear of the MTTs.

I will post when there's a fix.

Finally... some good news.

The developers have informed us they've found the cause of the performance/stability issues. The client should now be functioning normally. Please report back here if you have issues relating to performance of the client or if you find any bugs.

If you have suggestions for improvements to the software, please post them here. I'll be monitoring that forum also, to ensure all the good widely-supported ideas, are passed along to Merge. In fact I have just received some positive feedback from the developers on a number of the key changes many have requested in the last 24-48 hours.

Once the client is stable, as it appears to be now, Merge will start rolling out other minor bug fixes and improvements to 6.0. Thanks for your patience and understanding everyone. I wont crack open the champagne just yet...maybe a (tentative) celebratory lemonade for now.

A couple of updates from merge on a few of the improvements we've requested to the software based on player feedback:

1. Sit out next Big Blind: Currently there’s a check box allowing you to sit out next blind – this should be sit out next big blind.
Merge: This is already in the works.

2. Auto post BB on per-table basis needed.
Merge: We are looking into this as well. Just need to find some space for it!

I have made a withdraw like 10 days a go, the status is still Pending approval. It's a urgent withdraw, so do you know when i can except my money on moneybookers?

Recently I decided to deposit on black chip poker.. I deposited via western union and then verified my info by sending a copy of my DL, CC i used to deposit on WU, and the sheet we had to sign..

just received a call from my bank that someone tried to charge $800 to my account @ wal-mart in Fort Worth, TX.. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME.. and I want answers and something from merge or I am going to take this to the highest level...

This is the 2nd card I've sent to Merge that has been compromised... the first time was several months ago for $99 twice at a wal-mart.

So it seems it is NOT a processor.. i did not use this card to deposit ONLY to verify with Merge.. its someone in their verification department stealing CC's.

I want answer's, repercussions, and some form of sorry from Merge and something to be done about it. I've had to cancel my CC AGAIN and deal with this headache because of you crooks.

Are you sure you needed to put the CC number on the verification sheet? I don't believe I did and my account is verified. You are actually using your card to send money to WU, so it's not a direct deposit onto BCP. I don't think BCP is even able to tell which card you used because it's WU.

you're probably right, but I did because there was a line for it... that's how I've figured out its coming from the verification's department.

How long do i have to wait to get the cashout approved?

no It's still a complete train wreck and has been for 3 days and counting

I'm using HEM2+HUD and everything is working smoothly. I play only cash games tho, so can't say how it is for SNGs , MTTs

PT is also working for Cash.. there is a bug in Tournament HH's.. until merge fixes it.. no worky.

Where do I see my status for the 150 seats to 150K Gtd? There used to be a status bar in player admin. But player admin is no more.

It´s integrated in the main lobby now. Check out the different menus on top you´ll find everything there.

Would be nice to have a summary of problems Merge plans to address so players know what might get better and what we just have to live with (or leave because of?)

Already did this... theres no where to see your vip points. Tried clicking on the V progress bar near the time and it did nothing.
