Didn't read your entire wall of text, but what you see is what you get. MTT schedule is terrible on the new network. It is supposedly being revamped, we shall see.

Live chat is equally bad, I wouldn't bother unless it's for using points to get into a MTT or something trivial like that. I'm not sure what kind of reps they have doing the live chat, but they don't know what they are talking about a good portion of the time. Your best bet is to just email support.

Bugs...

1) VIP Points from pre-migration: These were in fact not added, but they will be added soon. We apologise for the error, and thank those who persisted in bringing it to our attention;
2) Rakeback has not been accruing: This is being fixed, thanks again for letting us know, anything which didn't accrue but should have will be paid of course;
3) BPs and PPs: Since the move BCP players have not been earning points, this will be fixed, and points missed will be back-paid.

I'll post when I have updates. Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, in relation to live chat seems to be the consensus on the level of "support". Sad to see about the MTTs as they may as well be nonexistent. Used to be a somewhat decent schedule but even before the switch you had $60 BI for a $1000 Guarantee, pretty bad. Meanwhile PS with 130,000+ online this morning and options galore.

Thanks, can you comment on the lack of MTTs and why they were dwindling in number and payouts even before the switch to the Winning Network.


Also, what about the debit card as mentioned above, can we still use the advertised method that is given through the client when you click withdrawal, ie. emailing the docs to the given email address?

The MTT schedule has nothing to do with BCP and never has. The network makes these decisions. They are on a new network, hence why they don't have the same tournaments. There is nothing for him to comment on. There will eventually be a new schedule, until then suffer with the rest of us. They are well aware how horrible the schedule is, it's being worked on.

How do I move money from Wallet balance to Poker balance?

but now i have no withdrawal options? I asked for a withdrawal to be reversed as I had yet to be verified. So I am left with no withdrawal capabilities?

Understood as far as the network making the decisions. However, even before the switch to the new network when BCP was part of Merge the guarantees had been dropping significantly with some tourneys disappearing altogether. One example I gave was a daily $60 Freezeouts that went from a $5000 guarantee to $1000 right before the move to the new network. Was curious as to what the driving force behind that was, obviously a concern about insufficient cash flow or insolvency comes to mind.

Not taken as such but FYI I have read them. I didn't see anything on point in relation to conflicting information on obtaining the debit card. The client presents one option and form to download with a request for license and a utility bill and then security for BCP sends me a completely different form and doesn't request a license or utility bill, hence my confusion.

Guarantee's dropped because their player pool dropped once they got rid of p2p transfers. Merge is restructuring their business model, which is why BCP left. Within the next month there is supposedly a new tournament schedule along with new software coming to WPN. I can't speak for what Merge is doing now, because I will not play on any of their sites.

Seems like a rather moot point since they're no longer on that network - this would be a question you'd want to ask a Merge skin if you were still playing on Merge. Since BCP was only one of dozens of skins on Merge, chances are the size of tourneys on Merge had little to do with BCP's player pool, funds, etc.

Can't log in. Getting the "Bad user code or password !" box. Clicked the "forgot password" button and reset my password through my email and that also didn't work when I tried logging in with my new password. Also uninstalled the software and reinstalled it with no success. Any ideas when this will be fixed?

I didn't want to look through 230 pages of this thread (and I did a search as well but...) are there any available skins for BCP now that it's on the new network? I'm not a fan of the layout as is.

I'll reserve final judgement until after their big supposed update, but right now this software is friggin garbage. And FFS why are the cards so small!

Please look at Pokerstars' software as an example of how a site should look and act. Thanks.

4) I can't send transfers anymore, even though i was able to yesterday.

Please look through this thread and see that the new software is basically a clone of Pokerstars and is supposed to be out next month.

BCP rep said next month. Not going through the thread to find it, but it is 100% there. ACR reps say there is no ETA, so take it for what it's worth. I would assume the BCP rep wouldn't say next month unless it was at least somewhat true.
