there is an update to get hem1 to import, but no hud yet, hem2 works with the update

Am I the only one who mtt table is stuck on loading? I registered and its not letting me play my table but my name is on the tourney list and I'm registered...

Some bugs: I had to quit the program and then reboot it to get the deregister key to become active so i could stand up from a HU sitngo. There is no longer the means to register/deregister from limit hu sitngos (and maybe from other forms as well) from the lobby, this is not a good thing to remove. It is far slower (but this will probably be remedied in the next few days.

I was hoping very much to see new limit hu sitngo buyins; the options as they stood before and now are a bit crazy. With Omaha, you can go up to $107, but with Holdem the highest buy in is $23??? Please suggest higher buyins for both games but especially holdem. The rake is weird too, with different rakes for the same buyins for omaha vs holdem, but that's no biggie.

Can anyone else not log in to their account via web browser at all? The software update refuses to open the client for me and I cannot access my cashier or player dashboard at all. Pretty annoying as I'd like to at least be able to make some transfers while all the updating is going on...

A note from Merge (just now):

This is just a quick message to let you know that we are taking the software down now, tentatively scheduled to come back up in 3 hours. We are of course well aware of the lag issues and we can't continue to operate the software if players' gameplay is compromised.

More information to come in the following hours. We really appreciate your patience and are working as hard as we can to get this resolved asap.

At least black chip doesn't keep it's players in the dark like some other sites have done. Haha, but no seriously guys, just be patient and let them work out the kinks. It's at least a little nice knowing they're working round the clock until issues get resolved.

Blackchiprep is great. Question, I noticed that someone mentioned a limit on player to player transfers.

Is this true? If so, what are the limits?

This is actually another bug they are trying to fix. Transfers should function as they did before, obviosly from a new button within the poker client, but there shouldn't be any new restrictions.

Great job keeping users updated. I did get on for a short time earlier today and I didn't intuitively find the quick reference to the most recently played hands. Would you mind giving me a heads up about how that will work in the update?

I tried to do a deposit thru western union into my account today around 3pm. I have deposited in the past with no problems. However today when I tried to verify, a message came up that said there was a problem with the deposit and I should contact support. I immediately did and have still not heard a response. Could you give me a time table when I should hear something. Thanks.

RedAurora - I'm afraid we'll have to wait and see, I'm not 100% sure about that and I cannot check it at the moment.

PepeCadena - No, they will not be increasing it I'm afraid.

H1GH R1sk - Please do not email your docs to support@, if you want to email them to anyone, please email to vip@ and usually it would not take longer than 12 hours, but the poker client is still down, so I cannot give you a firm timeframe.

Please forward your correspondance so far to vip@... and I will look into this for you. I expect once we get back online it should take only 4-6 hours to get everything back to normal.

I also attempted to use WU recently and was not successful. In the end, it seems it was WU that thwarted the process. If you have success, would you mind PMing me to let me know how things were resolved? Thx.

I hear you, and I'm sure they would have at some point today, but I guess they had gone past the point of no return.

Having said that, it looks like the poker client is live and active again. At this stage, it's a very tentative announcement, so please just be mindful that everything may not be working perfectly yet. Feel free to PM me about your experience, mainly just to confirm if it's working or not.

I love how this is supposed to be a software UPgrade, but the old feature of hiding empty tables is now gone.
for me that pretty much cancels out the better filter system so all i'm left with is new graphics. lol

here's a couple of reviews from a regs thread, pretty much my thoughts exactly

*This part for me is a pretty big deal-breaker. I feel the lobby restructuring is ******ed if you're a cash player.
Previously, you clicked on a table in the lobby and could instantly see the players sitting on the right part of the lobby. So, you could click, look, click next table, look, click again etc till u found a table u liked. Now, the right part of the lobby is empty, but the left side is filled with tournament announcements I don't care about, and every time I want to see the players at a table, the dropdown makes it so much harder to have a fluid experience when you're trying to quickly check through multiple tables.

Honestly, for me this update changed the graphics to something I don't particularly rate as better than before (normal mode was def superior to the way normal-sized tables look now), and the "new" features are terrible, save for the filter system.

Big step back, IMO

I'm not able to import anything in HEM1 and HUD is'nt working too. Do I have to change any settings? All is configured well ( Saving HH is set forvever and import folder for HEM to BCP is also set correctly.

Any1 facing the same issue?
