You really believe that there will be reductions? Not sure i do. Hurts Stars bottom line. Better to have 20 tables going slow than 10 moving quicker. Something tells me this whole episode is about getting even more tables open and bleeding the poker economy dry even quciker than they currently are. Maybe they know something about the long term viability of online poker and are just grabbing as much as they can whilst the going is still decent.
Two issue need addressing.......
1. Make the games fun again (limiting multi-table grinding)
2. Make the games beatable once again (reducing overall rake)
What do Stars do........ the total opposite, take money out of the poker economy at a faster rate this year than last then encourage the same players they have just shafted to play more tables for longer to make up for it.
Sorry but if this is the direction you are going Stars online poker is dying on its feet.
