why not make the 4k bonus equivalent to this or better? Like you guys could make it a 4.2k bonus or something to actually give supernovas an incentive to buy it.

Cause right now it makes absolutely no sense why anyone would spend 250k points to get a 4k bonus and run the risk of not being able to clear it in time, when they could just concierge up 4k instantly for less then 250k points.

I've never understood why concierge is a better rate than the top bonus. I would have thought stars would prefer players took the bonus - no mucking around with receipts and it forces people to continue playing.

All Supernova+ VIPs had a popup with a reminder for the Quarterly VIP Freeroll that displayed when they logged in, as of Friday early morning, USA time.

All other VIP freerolls are weekly/monthly. I don't think most of our players want an email every week to remind them about a freeroll.

In the long run we may consider twitter feeds with freeroll information for each VIP level, but when I mentioned this in the SNE thread it wasn't a very popular idea.

I mean - I wish the bonuses had more value too, but it's not really that much of a difference (something like $35/250,000). Also, it's tough to spend $4k in a responsible manner every couple of months for me.

I mentioned this on 2+2 before but i think it would be cool to get the wcoop ticket at something like 500k vpp next year, or maybe like a 1k wcoop seat at 300k vpp etc, whatever works for the budget. Something to aim for for people who cant make SNE but want to aim for something other than cash bonuses.

The 500k-or-so idea will be considered again this year, but if you look at the math of value returned in terms of %s, there is not a lot of room to add any more at any of these levels without throwing off the gradual improvement from milestone to milestone. Note that between VIP Stellar Rewards and changes to Milestone Cash Credits, players earning 500k VPPs this year will get $2,000 more than last year.

Players who get 300k VPPs this year are getting $2,200 more than last year in Milestone Cash Credits plus $1,000 from VIP Stellar Rewards. These players are welcome to spend some of this $3,200 cash on a $1k WCOOP seat if they choose.

I told you already Steve, I just want a fancy title at 500K. Although, some kind of prize wouldn't hurt either.

I highly appreciate your continued effort to improve the VIP program. I feel, however, with not offering an inflection point somewhere between supernova and elite you are missing value along with us. I have hit 300k twice and will hit it again this year. I would most likely go for 500k if there was something extra.
I know the immediate response you give because I have seen it several times pointing out the increase in value between 300k and 500k. The problem being, it is not something special to bring me or many others to get there, like the jump from platinum to supernova, or hitting 500k to hitting elite.

Platinum=30% ish
100k=42%
500k=46%
1 mil: 64%

I think 4% in value just isn’t enough for a lot of us to increase our play. Whereas the 12 percent jump to hit supernova, or if I quit my day job the 18% from 500k to elite is. The only reason I hit 300k because it is close to my natural volume. I feel it would be valuable to look at an “inflection point” or new level that would add to both your company and in the process help us triple nova’s looking for a little extra incentive to play more.

Sorry to beat it to death Steve, I appreciate the way you always point out the extra value. Just trying to provide a perspective on why you probably hear it over and over.

:-) All suggestions are considered. It's not just as simple as adding value to 500k though. Nobody wants a lower % back at 600k or 700k than they get at 500k, so those have to be adjusted too, which makes SNE seem less special, etc. The 500k suggestion will be considered again this year, but I would not suggest getting your hopes up.

I have an issue i can't resolve, if you could help me i would appreciate it.

I cascade my tables and everytime i use to sit out on a table, the table would pop up to the front (letting me know that i had sat out and then i could easily exit the table). Now when i sit out, the table just stays in the back and i never know that i am sitting out on a table. How do i change it back to the way it was?

500k should be supernova elite and 1m should be hypernova imo.

Quasar, IMO.

Ideally, it'd be Nova, Quasar, Supernova for 100K, 500k, 1M, but I don't think you can take away the current Supernova and SNE designations (to avoid confusion, LDO).
