For those looking to get a head start....

Start a bunch of sng's at approximately 11:30 EST. Assuming you don't bust early they should be finishing just after midnight letting you start the new year off with instant VPP's!

btw here's a quick tip for cash game players going for elite and looking for motivation...

save up FPP's and then buy like 10 $4k bonuses at once. you have like 3 months to clear them... if you don't, they're forfeited. you really gotta grind.

Nope, you get the points when the sng ends (or when you are eliminated). If it ends after midnight that is 2009 points
