Not sure where the best place to post this is. I don't even play on iPoker but thought somebody might want to report this.

Between 4:32PM and 4:43PM CDT today Ceiworus won $987.52 from loolekkkk at 50NL HU in 36 hands: http://www.pokertableratings.com/ipo...sions/ceiworus

If you watch the replayer you can see Ceiworus limping, loolekkkk raising to nearly all in, Ceiworus shoving over the top and loolekkkk folding. Every hand.

Ok, this is weird. loolekkkk hasn't actually won any money on iPoker and his only sessions are the few chip dumping sessions to Ceiworus. Maybe this isn't about poker at all and just a dumb money laundering scheme?

I don't really see why this would be hurting anyone? It's heads up...and the site is making the rake off of it...

I don't know, I found this more interesting than anything else. My first thought was that chip dumping is what cheaters do to move money, but then again I guess anybody could be doing it for any variety of reasons.

It could even be the same guy moving money from one skin to another.

This type of money movement is often dirty or unsecured money (CC chargeback or uncovered e-check) from one account being moved to a more legitimate account having withdrawal or transfer options.

The motives are generally nefarious and that's why this is against every sites rules and frowned upon because it is often done by internet scammers and thieves.

And next time you complain the rake is too high, keep in mind that part of it goes to cover people who deposit fraudulently and dump the money off to another account.

What's weird about this case is that neither account seem to have been used for anything other than dumping money between these two accounts. Makes it look like non-poker players are using the accounts to launder money with absolutely no connection to poker.

Speaking of money laundering, if a live tournament player "lost" all his/her winnings online like this, could they avoid paying taxes on them? Assuming it wasn't this obvious of course.

So what did the support reply when you told them?
