I thought cash was required to play in a B&M casino. And in most cases it also costs money and a mode of transportation to get to that casino.

I ask because I know you are unfamiliar with all this money spending etiquette and procedure and so forth since you only use it in casinos. So you may have been unaware that it is appropriate to tip your cab-driver.

yes i did tip the driver. i inculde that in the 30 dollars i mentioned. second no i didn't think about trying to use the gift cards anywhere since they don't have a pin number i wouldn't be able to use them in atm machine.

The only carpal tunnel I've ever had was as my title on 2+2.

I made a joke complaint in About the Forums that it was an unfair misnomer to give 2+2's highest volume posters because I, for example, most certainly did not have Carpal Tunnel and did not plan on ever getting it.
