Thats why i am supporting Minted and Raise and Fold poker as they were against this change and certainly care more about poker than those who see it fit to charge 6% rake with a €7 cap even when heads up.

Ridiculous and if operaters liike this had their way, they would turn what is supposed to be a game of skill into another -EV casino game for the stupids.

unfortunately the rake at the usd tables is not the problem... i mean there's 8 NL100 tables running right now, and they're all euro, 0 usd tables.

i'm all for lowered rake, but the euro tables are the name of the game on the everleaf network, and the rake is still horrid.

I decided to support this. My reasoning is it might show sites that lower rake can lead to higher volume. Maybe it will start a new trend.

It is the 1st now according to their server time. It may only happen on new tables generated. I just checked out a PLO table and the rake was >$1.
There is no mention of the rake change when I logged on just now. Hopefully more $ tables will run now. You are the traffic.

How would I know if a table has just been generated? I'm about to make an account in 5-10 mins and will be trying to start some 10NL/20NL tables.

Saw some $25/$50 action a few days ago, I wonder if they got the memo about the $1 US table rake.

So i signed up , deposited and played a short session.
software is not that bad imo.

But the rake was higher than $1 !!!!!!!

so they actually took >1$ rake of players who just played there, because they knew it was capped at 1$. Hope you get it fixed soon, Neil - this might just be not that good for your company.

Tried to download the software from minted poker get this error "Sorry, but there's no client software available according to your request.", they should get there **** together.

just logged in again : there is actually a news pop up that announces this promo but they are still raking more than $1 .

I downloaded the software fine with chrome via RTR just a few hours ago.

Raking more than $1 is more than a joke, it is embarrassing and everleaf have someone dealing with this right now.

Errors and bugs happen, but seems odd nobody tested such a massive change.

Anyway, please give an update when this is resolved, I looked at the tables yesterday but unfortunately not a single NL25-100 $-table was running (~20pm CET). Hope to get some started or find some running later, but only if this is fixed.

Seems to me like this really needs to get some critical mass to have an impact, at least getting the tables running constantly.

As far as I know he didn't post in Italian, right? Most of these fish barely speak English, let alone know what rake is. They just love to gamble.

I think perhaps you missed my point. It is the idea of coming to a forum full of some of the best players in the world bragging about how profitable the tables he plays on are and urging all of the good players to come eradicate the fish that I found counter productive and worthy of mockery hoping others see the ridiculousness of making posts like that and hoping they refrain from doing the same in the future.

I can assure him that if only two winning players take his advice and replace two casual players at his 6max table joining the other two regs already there it wont look nearly as attractive as it did before he posted.

Seems stupid to me if you like winning and or money thats all and it negatively effects other forum members as well so quiet is kept seems like a better strategy if you find some good games nowadays.

Well like a week ago there were no USD games running period, other than HU. So if its six regs per table the site will make more than theyre making now..
