They usually ask for your id and bank statement, but from what I've seen they don't usually suspend the account--usually you just can't withdraw. This doesn't sound like a problem, just give them what they want and you should be good.
This is a new industry standard. There was talk at the most recent gaming expo that most sites will soon be going to a DNA-sample identity verification process and you'll be asked to send in a jar of your bodily fluids. Fingerprints will also be standard. A small but vocal minority advocated for the submission of actual body parts, so that may be on the horizon.

Its ok now i sent in the information they asked for and i can play. They never gave me a reason why they suspended it i thought i was strange cause i have never had any problem before with any poker sites. Maybe they thought i was a existing customer and was trying to setup a different account with RB i dunno.
