To the best of my knowledge FTP and Stars have never permanently closed an account unjustly. If this was Microgaming/Prima or another super shady don't ever play there site I'd be scared but if your innocent your almost 100% to be fine.

Did you log into your account from any other computers during the period they are asking about? Maybe you logged into a public computer somewhere to transfer monies and you got tagged w some scammer who used the same pc... FTP seems on some kind of crusade, yesterday received email telling that I was chip dumping and requiring explanation wrt my relationship with (suprise!!!) myself

minutes later second email came, account released, but later friend of mine was banned because dumping chips to me.

it looks quite strange, especialy because we play different limits and don't have hands between each other

looks like they testing some anti-collusion system which activates on withdrawal and is kinda buggy ))

now i'm in middle of email conversation trying to find out where i am, no clear picture so far, just lame excuses like "we can't discuss other people accounts"

surely i'm going to withdraw my part of BR from FTP, risk/reward ratio playing in such unreliable room sucks

Just woke up and saw FTP security sent another e-mail that makes things sounds much less severe than the last e-mail. So I supposed I don't actually "need help" just yet like I put in the the thread title. Being away from home and stuck on airplanes was really just tilting me and it looks like I was overreacting.

today's e-mail:

Thank you for your prompt response. We have received and verified the documents you attached to your previous email.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that our investigation into your account is merely a standard security review due to association anomalies.

Obviously, we can not give specifics regarding the case for security reasons, but please rest assured that it is never the intention of Full Tilt Poker to "ban a long time winning player because I'm taking $ out of their rake". The remit of our Security department is to protect the integrity of our games and players. Any other agenda would clearly be counter-productive.

You are also correct to include as much detail in your replies as possible. Full disclosure of any detail - no matter how small - always assists our enquiries and will lead to a swifter resolution to any issue. We thank you for taking the time to detail your thoughts and concerns.

im sweeetdreeeam, I played between summer and winter 2008.
i was banned for multiaccounting (my russian affiliate ripped me off, i asked ftp to change, they didnt help, i simply made new account and got caught)

also I know who take my bl1nd and wenttoshowdown, if you need any help (i doubt u still need it, topic is so old, but anyways), pm me
