On the "create wire account" page, what does "Bank SWIFT code" mean? Is that the routing number?

Also, when they ask for the Bank Branch Address, is that just your local bank that you go to?

You're doing this wrong.

1. Go to YOUR bank. Talk to one of the managers, and tell the manager that some other bank is going to wire money to your account at his bank. Ask for "wiring instructions". With luck, the manager will pull out of his drawer a pre printed set of instructions, and hand them to you. Without luck, he will make a phone call, and write them down.

2. Dont try to fuss with the form on the poker sites: those forms generally do not work well for US financial institutions. Send the wiring instructions, in an email (not as an attachment) to the cashier/CS department at the poker site, along with the amount.

3. Expect the wiring instructions to look something like this:
Chase Bank - Manhattan 8223447 - Account 99223, with further credit to New Jersey First Bank, account no. 44223, with further credit to Trenton National Bank account no. 994456, with further credit to Trenton Family Credit Union, account no. 33884, with further credit to Jonathan L. Smith, account no. 44221.

Only the digits immediately following the word "Manhattan" are the Swift numbers.

There's no way to get all of that into the form on the poker site, and you shouldn't try.

Call your bank and ask them what the swift code is.

Did it and worked great for me. Not sure when I ordered it but took roughly a week. Bank charged $30 tho.

Wait, so people from the U.S. can cashout from PS using the bank wire option?

I thought I read on the site that wire transfers were not available to people in the U.S.
