Everyone wins. These people don't make new players nervous, money goes to charity, and since most of these people deep down are looking for a reason to be mad at a world they are convinced is a conspiracy against them, they get what they want... or at least need.

Assuming this is not a silly "level," I would again suggest using a different form of thinking.

Instead of how many problems it solves, think of how many problems a system like this creates.


Current system:

- Chat abuse happens a lot, most do not get reported, some do and the site has grunts in customer service look at the situation and apply standardized punishments to fit the situation (warning/2nd warning/chat ban etc)


Your system:

- The millions and millions of hands every day would have to be overseen by a huge number of people who have to look at every hand that someone says rigged or donk or fkn fish etc.

This would be tens or hundreds of thousands of hands a day that would need to be analyzed then the software would have to be adjusted for each of the players who speak out to punish them accordingly, all handled by low level grunts, all of whom would have to keep this sinister plot a big secret.
