I have a serious problem.

Everone that play on Ipoker knows me " Behar10". I play on the higher stakes on the Omhaha tables for a long time. Now William Hill have locked my account and says i have played against fraudulent account.

How can the just lock someones account just like that. I play 40 h/w on 10-20 - 50-100 sometimes even higher. 95% only heads up. Been ther top 3 Vip for 1 year now.
Now there pokerspecialist will have a look on that. But should it take weeks???

I have a lot of money there and the see me like a theif. Do the really think i will risk my Br for some few $.

How can we pokerplayers protect ourself against this?
Dont thrust them anymore and dont know what to do.

Anyone else have this problem? What can we do we do to get our account open.

So Behar10 is locked untill the re-open my account again. So my friends know that.

Hope someone can help me thru the supportchat also to tell them that something.

If you played against some random who was joyriding or using stolen funds to play then Will Hill and/or Ipoker should be able to tell that pretty quickly really. But they definitely need to lock your account until it's done. If they sent an email saying something like " the investigation could take several weeks" it's 99% to be the standard formal letter they send to all people whose accounts they suspend, and again should not take a huge amount of time if it was one session against a random to review.

If you're a VIP do you not have someone you can contact for better information and service?
Unfortunately the only thing to do in these situations is sit and wait, and hope that support are both quick in their investigations and keep you well informed.

I have a Vip on there site, but the are waiting for answers from Ipoker specialist. And i got a mail from them thats says that i have played agaist fradulent account and their system have discover that. I usually play some players becuase there are not many players that plays those stakes. Everyone that plays for a living knows how difficult it is that havent oppertunity to log in to the account and play.

It should take 2-3 day at most to ge the account re-open, no idea to be a Vip top 3 else.
I will update everything here and if the wont open my account i will warn you all for the Ipokernetwork.

I open a new one on Titanpoker and deposit over $40k and the blocked me as well. Played 16 h first day, and next the when i wanted to log in it was locked.
Now my money is there and the have mail me once about investigation. That the will be intouch. Is ipoker a serious network? Or the the running for a new Black friday when FTP locked all my money.

No idea to open more account, just want my money back and exuases.

I will updated everything else.

Is this the way we vip should be threted, i dont feel the have some many players that keep those stake that we play 25/50 and higher on the omaha tables.

The final decision is up to the skin as far as I am aware, however they probably have to get in touch with the network security first if they claim there was fraudulent activity.

I see, have to wait and see what the says. But im so tired of this issue now.
Do the really think i will get my self locked from the network for a cople of dollars when my Br is so big. We are so easy targets that plays on so high stakes for idiots that is ****ing our accounts.

Depending on the grounds of locking the account, Id definatelythink about playing @ a different skin if it turns out to be bs.

There are more ipoker skins out there then trees in the forest.

Have to wait for the final status of my account and decide after that what i will do. The locked 2 of my account in 3 days, and had deposits over $75k those days. I feel cheated, but as i said i give them 1-2 days. Having good days on stars so feel little better.

Me too, I think their decission will decide many players mind about continue playing on Ipoker or not. If it safe or not.

Playing agaist a fraudelent account. How can i know who i play against?
Is it my fault? I play only on the higher stakes and i feel now that we are easier victom to play against fraudulent account without knowing this.

I havent feelt anything wired but i think in my mind in that case, how many times have i lost against fraudulent accounts without knowing that.

Have i got any money back? No yet.
