Missing Pokerstars VPPs (Dec 15-16)

My VPP count has been the same for at least 5 hours since I last checked it. I've been 8-tabling Zoom and figure I'm missing at least 3k VPP. I also haven't been awarded any FPPs during this time. I rebooted the software just to make sure it wasn't a glitch on my end.

I've emailed Pokerstars to see what this is about, but just thought I'd give everyone a heads up to check your VPP balances. I've been monitoring mine very closely on my SNE chase otherwise I doubt I would have noticed this early. Normally I'd wait a little longer to see what happens but I've never seen a VPP delay like this in over 10 years on Stars.

I've uninstalled Pokerstars but I think they had removed FPP's from the client when I looked and had started the conversion to StarsDevaluedCoin.

I'm guessing it's (Your VPP issue) just a display problem but they now have a track record of stealing from players so who really knows.

So, 951.09 VPPs appeared in my account at almost the same exact time I got a reply from Pokerstars, so I'm guessing someone added them to my account. This is the email I received:

We have reviewed your account and see that you earned 951.09 VPPs today at the Zoom tables (see audit).

The actual values of VPP and FPP earnings are still in place, and will only be replaced by StarsCoin on 1 January 2016.

Their "today" will be ET zone. Is the "today" you refer to also ET zone?
