With wait times being so long I'd bet a big chunk of those waiting for payouts have been through this thread.

Carbon check cashout pending almost a month now myself.

What is going on?

I deposited cash via Western Union using Black Chip Poker's (Merge) Cash Transfer Deposit Method.
I followed all the instructions perfectly. The deposit showed in pending transactions on the BCP website for several hours then it was denied aand I recieved email that it was denied.

I check Western Union and my money is still available for pick up.

I try to contact BCP support but there is no more live chat support. I email support and all I get is automatic replies that "they are recieving high volume of emails...blah blah"

It has been two days now and no real response from BCP (Merge).

I should have done my 2+2 homework before loading more money!!!!

One more thing. What is the deal with the Cash Transfer Method. Each time you go through the steps online a Reciever's Name is generated. Each time it is a different name. I never noticed that befor so I went through the Cash Transfer procedure about 20 times to see if my Western Union "Send To" Reciever's name would ever show up again. It never did.

This is very shady unless Mege has dozens of Phillipino Western Union recievers on staff.

Merges first priority should be finding or developing a method of getting their cashouts to US players since that is probably their fastest growing portion.

i got impatient last night and canceled my $600 withdraw and played blackjack while at the airport on a layover. most i bet per hand was $100 but it took about 2 hours to lose it with an average bet of $25.

well worth the entertainment lol, i dont have the patience for a cashout if i can play or gamble with it instead.

LOL why don't you read the thread...go find me a post where someone states they received a check in the US since April, not counting the 1 guy who waited 6 weeks for a check to bounce and then received a make up check.

or you could of just put the thought out your mind, eventually receive a cheque for $600 and go buy some nice clothes?

This happened to me as well. You need to call western union and cancel it and then resend it making sure you send in USD. Make sure you don't mention you were sending money to a poker site.

Luckily for me I use RPM and there support is on call instantly almost 24/7.

Check Requested May 8th. Still nothing.


Edit: I should also add that I have contacted RPMSeth and others and just get the run around.

2) nobody cares about payments to non-US players via moneybookers

Now I'm just hoping it gets to me before the end of the month. Most people seem to get their checks within 2 weeks of approval. It's the pending process that takes forever. Mine was short compared to most players posting in here lately. I wonder if that has anything to do with my Ether status. I will let you guys know when it gets here and if it clears.

Yea I am Ether as well and requested on 5/15 and still is pending. They say it's a queue so IDK about this. If true then it's random, lol. Mine is on Carbon btw.

you guys do realize that the different 'statuses' of your cashouts are irrelevant. Its just someone manually updating the 'stage' of the cashout.

Perhaps my status has nothing to do with it. I was just venturing a guess. They also got back to me within 24 hours the day before my withdrawal request about updating my address. I thought maybe that was a sign I was getting better service than some of the new sign ups. I have had my account verified for 2 years now. But I agree, I could just be lucky.

I just know I haven't seen any posts regarding check approval followed by a month long wait except in the case of a check being shipped and never making it to the player. If I get it quickly I hope it's a sign of things to come for all of us... At least until Carbon gets accounts frozen by the DOJ. :/

I would love to know who this check is written on. Sounds like fiction. I too have had a verified account on Carbon for quite some time.
