What is going on?
I deposited cash via Western Union using Black Chip Poker's (Merge) Cash Transfer Deposit Method.
I followed all the instructions perfectly. The deposit showed in pending transactions on the BCP website for several hours then it was denied aand I recieved email that it was denied.
I check Western Union and my money is still available for pick up.
I try to contact BCP support but there is no more live chat support. I email support and all I get is automatic replies that "they are recieving high volume of emails...blah blah"
It has been two days now and no real response from BCP (Merge).
I should have done my 2+2 homework before loading more money!!!!
One more thing. What is the deal with the Cash Transfer Method. Each time you go through the steps online a Reciever's Name is generated. Each time it is a different name. I never noticed that befor so I went through the Cash Transfer procedure about 20 times to see if my Western Union "Send To" Reciever's name would ever show up again. It never did.
This is very shady unless Mege has dozens of Phillipino Western Union recievers on staff.
Has anyone else experienced trouble with Cash Transfer Deposit????
