How many times do you have to deposit with \/\/U to be able to have \/\/U as a withdrawal option? Specifically on Heropoker if anyone knows.

As stated, the exact number of deposits as well as the exact requirements are known only to the Merge Cashier.

It appears that 3 deposits yields a higher success rate, but is by no means the definitive answer you seek.

Why does it have to be a mystery guessing game. Can't the people working for merge just tell us?

No. Clearly they can only process a certain amount of transactions. If they made it available to more players, it would be a useless option because it would take 3-4 weeks to process them. I doubt they even have a "meet these requirements and get the option" rule in place, rather I think they simply add more players as they feel they can meet the demand.
So if they publicized a way to get WU, then a bunch of players would work to meet those requirements and the system would get flooded and backlog would ensue.

Does anyone know when you make a check withdrawal, can you cancel the withdrawal before it gets approved? Also can you make deposits while another withdrawal is being processed... I'm trying to figure out if i can ask for a check and deposit to see if i can unlock the WU option, and if i do unlock it if i can cancel the check. Thanks

Has anyone had succes within the last few days with any deposit. I have tried WU(twice) MG once and CC several times and none go through. The last WU attempt Jon@rpm was in online chat and it still was unsuccesful. Just curious for RPM as I have seen several post on the Carbon board that there was trouble depositing

Yes you can cancel it before it has been approved, and no you can not make deposits while you have a pending withdrawal.

Has anyone had trouble cashing out Western Union on RPM? I tried to cashout through W.U on Rpm almost three months ago for $870. There is no pick up in my small town I found out, but a Giant Eagle 3 minutes from my house. The location of the Giant Eagle is considered a different town, so I was unable to pick it up.

I contacted RPM and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So I contacted W.U and they said in a dozen seperate emails that the sender has to edit the location which is a simple process. They also stated that there is nothing that the receiver can do on their end . I talked to RPM Jon and rpm support and they said cannot edit the information which is complete bull****. I've received W.U before from people and on two occassions they had to edit the information and it was easy and no problem. Any Advice?

Probably more than a month. I requested a check on September 3rd and it has yet to even be approved, let alone received or cleared. If it is not approved by the time I wake up Wednesday morning, I will withdraw my entire remaining balance and never play on this network again. These time frames are unacceptable. Yes, they have great promos and software, but I would gladly play on some ****ty software or give up a few % in promo equity in order to receive my money when I need it. So there you have it Merge, process my withdrawal by midweek or lose another customer for good.

Hopefully this is only temporary and has only to do with the Neteller outage, but Neteller is no longer a withdrawal or deposit option in the Merge cashier.

BCP is on the Merge Cashier, and thus, the times are "officially" 3-5 weeks last I heard. The last batch of checks that went out as on 9/11 and took care of requests up through August 22nd.

Delay in my retirement money in BluffRoom Poker

I have a withdrawal in BluffRoom Poker "Network MergeGaming"

Requested withdraw, via Skrill-Moneybookers, September 7th day

In the Cashier page is in status: Pending Approval.

They assumed it would receive my money in a maximum of 10 working days

To this day already lapsed 12 days skillful.

I've written on 4 occasions to support Bluffroom Poker, but I have contetado nothing so far. This is very strange.

I recommend to rrecuperar my money?

just requested a payout from bcp. it says 4-6 weeks for a check to be approved and then 3-10 days to be delivered. Are they serious about 4-6 weeks? this is an absurd amount of time just for a withdrawl to be approved. I emailed support and this is the response I got:

"In regards to your inquiry, Unfortunately there is no way we can speed up the process, you will have to wait the 4-6 week period for it to be approved and 3-10 days to be delivered. "

Max (10k) Skrill withdrawals have been taking about 2 weeks for a couple months now. Smaller transactions sometimes go through more quickly. Scroll back through the thread or use the search this thread feature to see more recent transactions and get a feel for what to expect.



This is the state of online poker for US facing rooms. Checks take time to be processed. Try the search feature in this thread, or the Cake/Revolution threads, or the Bovada threads to see why this is taking so long for all rooms servicing the USA. FWIW the last batch of checks that I know of went out on 9/11 and took care of virtually everyone up through August 22nd. Merge pays, and has paid, everyone since BF. Plan to wait a month, not that hard... and better than Cake, it takes 5, count them, five months to get a check there!

That's the standard time to expect check withdraws... like kahn said its even worse on Revolution network and I just heard yesterday that 4 skins on the Lock/revolution network will no longer accept us players after sep 27 and sending current players account to another skin and another skin has already stopped accepting us players thats 5 skins in one month

This is ******ed. What is the problem? Skin I play on used to take a 7-10 days to have checks in hand and now they are stalling like carbon poker. 6-8 week bull**** my ass. I have 3 pending checks, well make that 4 cuz carbon but I doubt im gonna get that money back. And god forbid you try and close your accounts with any of the skins (no matter how small the amount is) cuz they'll hee and haw and stall like ****ing idiots.

Anyone can deposit and start playing in less than 10 mins, but the moment you want to get money out they drag their heels.

Hell, maybe I should set up shop in my garage, you guys can send me all your deposits and i'll lie saying how you're money is safe and checks take 3 days max to be processed. Think of all the money I'd make.

When ive been receiving checks within a 7-10 day timeframe for the past 4 months, and all of a sudden they pull a fast one and say 6-8 weeks bud, there's def a problem imo. /end up drunk rant
