I requested a withdrawal on September 19, 2011 from my player account on RPMPoker.com, a skin of the Merge Gaming Network which is licensed by you. This withdrawal (RPMPoker Ref. #XXXXXX) is still in "Pending Approval" status and I have received no communications about it from RPMPoker or Merge. This violates your regulations which require licensees to remit funds to players no later than 5 working days after receipt of the request. Also, the amount I requested was $250.00, but the pending withdrawal amount is only $235.00. The difference may be a withdrawal fee charged by RPMPoker but I cannot find such a fee listed anywhere in their Terms of Service, nor was I notified of this fee anytime during the withdrawal request process. Please investigate and enforce your regulations in this matter.
I received e-mails from LGA acknowledging my complaint and asking for more account information necessary to investigate, but never received anything further.
A $15 credit appeared in my online account on Oct 7, but without any notice of it or what it was for. Obv its a refund of the fee they took without any notice, but what good does it do since my minimum withdrawal is $100? It should have been added back to my withdrawal amount, not my account.
