MB deposit fail on FTP, any1 has had this problem?

i tried to deposit today (i have deposit like 5-6 times on FTP via MB with no problem) via MB and when i hit the link they give where it says ur gonna be redirected to MB it lags, stays loadin forever until i cancel it. I emailed them and they say it was a pop up blocker or my internet or my MB info wronG (i have deposit there before and withdrawn a lot of times wtf) or use another method wtf i turned pop up blocker off, my internet is perfect and it still doesnt work, uninstalled FTP installed and it still doesnt work, any of u guys have had this problem????
