I hope this happens. It would be a good thing for players to not have a bunch of corporations that immediately shut down their business and cooperate with the feds as soon as they are indicted. Plus they'd probably be much better at the money laundering aspect. There aren't going to be a bunch of bank accounts just sitting out there in the name of Acme Poker Inc. for the U.S. DOJ to seize.

If the U.S. government is going to treat online poker as a crime, we need to have people with a more criminal mindset running the sites. If the big sites had structured their business with the specific purpose of being able to duck any U.S. criminal indictment, we'd all still be playing on Poker Stars and Full Tilt right now. They were smart enough to put their upper management where the U.S. government can't reach them, but not smart enough to keep their money and domain names out of reach.
