A large database doesn't mean you got a lot of players. I played from the beginning at LTE.
If there were more than 50 cash game players in total, who played a hundred cash game hands or more, I would be really surprised.
The folks who took the free 25 bucks and disappeard after donking that money off, wont come back.

I can confirm this is true cuz i spoke on skype with a CyberTech International Holdings Ltd representative and email those guys and they both told me the same thing, its not an issue whether or not LTE Poker its going to join the network, the network official launch its set for 2 more weeks, im not trying to justify how things have been handle, im also affected here, we all are, but 100% sure after the network launch all this issue will be long forgoten

Dont understand what ur trying to say, LTE has many many accounts registered that im sure will become active once they see traffic on the site, of course after the network launches, after that it will be a lot eaiser for them to generate a lot more traffic cuz, as stated above, their VIP program its the NUTS and im sure it will remain the same, its not true it will change just because their entering a network, if u check others networks like Merge for example and check their VIP programs, Carbon, Lock, BlackChip Poker and RPM Poker doesnt offer the same VIP deals, check this...

So there´s no evidence that proves a site will change their VIP program just because their joining a network.

But if you don't like our Website or who we are, you should maybe dedicate your time in other things, than trying to bash our website. You have officially withdrawn all your money. Sorry but do you have access to your own cashier? Your support responses are just ridiculous. Dunno what the hell is happening on your side but i just have had enough of this whole mess.

Our support conversation looks like this:
- I ask you where my money is and send you my personal details.
- After a week you say: really? what happened?
- I tell you what happened and ask you to resolve the problem.
- After a week you say you sent the money.
- I ask you: where did you send that money and send you again all necessary details.
- After a week you send me a response that i don't understand the situation.
- I say you don't understand the situation.
- after 2 weeks you send me an email you have already sent the money and ask me for my personal details.

Can you control your own system?

In no way was Highfish bashing your site, besides that the quoted post above was probably the most unprofessional reply from a Poker Room Rep on 2+2 for quite some time. What do you think are the odds of existing or potential new customers to deposit on your site when you get treated like this by an official representative of LTE?

Not only are you putting your reputation at danger but also take comments in this thread personal and that just shows the lack of professionalism that several other members have already mentioned in this thread! You owe your customers reliability, the safety of funds and it would not hurt to actually create a certain consistency instead of many promises.

The quoted post above was most certainly no help for your reputation or attracting new customers for LTE and the upcoming new network. Of course it's not easy as a start up and English may also not be your native language, but that should make it even more important for marketing and Customer Support to be on top of things!

Well i am serious when i speak! There is only 3 actual persons that have something to say all the time. Most of those post are not for any benefit to our website. In fact the ones keeping the constant problems here dont even deposit. Ill make it very clear, if you need support please post. And if you dont like our site, there is hundreds to choose from. If this makes you mad, sorry... Talk if we owe you anything. Im transparent! I dont expect you to like me. But who cares, "lets screw lte poker with there awesome vip, free cash, instant deposit bonus,low rake as long as we benefit from it"

You owe your customers to feel like they are welcome, otherwise you won't have many ... this is business ABC and just shows how much you still have to learn. Maybe this is common in South America, but surely doesn't help to gain more reputation.
