If you have a pending Lock cashout (check, WU, skrill - all players welcome) that is two months old or longer, PM me with the following details and I will include them in my daily report.

Date of Cashout Request (not the processing/confirmed jibberjabber - just the date you initiated the withdrawal)
Method of Cashout (WU, check, Skrill, other)
Amount of Cashout

I will not include your username in the report - this is simply going to be a tabulation of the total amount due to be paid out that can be reported, over what payment methods, AND, how long each one is overdue on the average. This will be updated daily along with the report, so feel free to PM me at any time once your request is over two months old.

Please - I'll have to use the honor system here since I have no way to verify your information. HOWEVER, if I feel any information sent to me is being intentionally manipulated, then I will not add their data to the report. I'm out to try to shed more light to this situation and paint as accurate a picture as I can - but I won't cut corners, or support deceit, to do it. So once again, I ask that your PM's be genuine and if you do indeed have a pending cashout exceeding two months, please PM me.

It is a close call. they are saying alot of positive things in the press ! But they have been doing the same thing for months now. Still some pro's are telling people to deposit BigDogPocket5s has said this type of thing in tweets in the last few days. Not sure if they know something we don't , i was shocked he would do this with the site being the way it is. I think it really depends how much the $400 means to you, i would possibly get the money back , as they are not replying to anyone on a 1to1 level. They are still sending tweets about tourneys, i just do not think they will ever recover from this ? i would never deposit again but i know people are still depositing !! something more than this needs doing. Why they are still allowed to take people $$$ is a disgrace, this might help them recover but i would not hold my breath..

I'm still waiting on a cashout from Lock via Skrill. Growing rather frustrated with this process.

Did you contact them about your pay out before receiving that email, or did it just come out of the blue?

I was on the list that was sent to Shane. Don't get me wrong, I have no expectations that the check will actually clear and intend to keep my name on the list for at least a month until I can verified that it won't come back NSF.

I also received a payout confirmation email this morning.

I am the check from 2/25 on the list. I was supposed to be in priority all the way back in February due to a forced Western Union cancel that happened earlier. I also received an email from support in early October that my check was due to go out in the next batch.

SO not sure if this was triggered by this thread or if I was already in the queue. Don't know. I am guardedly optimistic that I may receive a check. I will obviously update if I receive anything.

when my wu was converted to check few months ago I had gotten same email and the check arrived about a week or so later, but after I deposited the check to my bank account it bounced exactly 1 month later, so becareful

Did they ever tell you why they converted it from WU to check? I ask this because I also have a WU request pending still from mid April with them

I will guess the check was from a random Canadian company through a large Canadian bank.
This could have been a failure on the third party processor and not lock or a breakdown between the two. However I would guess the former.

10-7 days confirmation email as well. I won't hold my breath.

no they didn't, but I truly believe they converted it knowing that it would bounce to buy them more time, just another of the many stall tactics they use imo

yea i agree that is definitely a legitimate possibility. were you able to get your money in hand after that? or were you continually getting the run around?

no, im still waiting for that money via wu which I had requested again mid September, and shane via email told me that week it would get processed in the next weeks batch, and still waiting lol, and ive sent him numerous emails since and doesn't respond

edit: It was marked as urgent too, go figure

Lock had issues with WU processing earlier this year - supposedly it was due to the volume of withdrawals they were pushing through WU. Several withdrawals were converted to check after having waited months while in limbo.

Can things really get any worse? Does anyone know of the last confirmed cashout?

If lock is unable to be successful on its new platform it is more than likely to close up shop without paying anyone back.

i sometimes wonder myself if it can get any worse and feel like the next couple months is going to be key for them if they are indeed trying to clean this up(i have my doubts and personally feel like they could careless as long as they get their piece). I will say this, blaming all these delayed cashouts on processors and being sent framed up emails about how things are going to be so much better because they are now independent is getting really old....

Agreed. There is nothing more then having a different email they send out every week to their players. I doubt any emails actually get read. Personally I have sent out an email every week for the last two months, and not one slightly gives me a clue if I am going to get paid. Obviously, they would be better off if they paid players, but they may have dug themselves a hole that they cannot get out of. I am hoping for the best.

Now you're in the same queue as I am. I got that email you posted on 8/18/13 and have yet to see a check. They even said that they sent a 2nd check.

I will, but I'm sure that I'll receive the check. It makes them look good for a month or so until it bounces.
