anyone get one of these? i ordered one a while ago and it still never arrived. I don't remember how long ago, going on 2 months though. i can't recall exactly when I ordered it, there is no order history or anything on the site that I can find.

anyone else have any issues with the ironman store like this? is it typical?

I ordered the security key the first day using FTP points and it took 9 1/2 weeks to arrive. Apparently they are a little slow with getting the security keys out because it has only recently been implemented. But if it truly has been over 8 weeks, you should contact them to find out what's going on.

i think thats fuked they charge you money for a security key. i cant belive its not a option to just have one you know if your that worried about safety of your account they should give you one or something not charge u 5000 ftp

I also ordered mine through the ironman store in early december. I just received it this week. But I had to contact support first, or at least that's how it appeared. The day after I wrote support asking if the order went through ok, the next day I got the shipping info and had the token in 5 days.

So, I'd advise that you write support asking if the order went through ok.

Rush is a crappy fad that will be either dead or entirely gone by 2011 imo.

I ordered a security key at the start of Feb and received it last week, so like 2 weeks from ordering to delivery which is pretty decent. That said, I've never ever had an issue with the FTP store.

Whoops, meant that I wouldn't be surprised if it's removed from the software, when I said gone. By dead I meant just empty tables sitting in the lobby, or perhaps a small core of rakeback grinders breaking even just to break even.
