I was a regular player of BetMGM online poker (I think it is partnered with PartyPoker? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong there) until an incident that happened very recently. I was playing a 10$ spin n go (for those of you who don't know what that is, I have attached the definition at the bottom) and the payout spun to $2000 (200x)!! I was hyped. Long story short, I ended up winning the game and was only rewarded 20$. I took it up with support and after a long chain of communication the final ruling was that I was awarded the proper amount. Fortunately, I have the entire game on video! Currently trying to figure out the best way to right this wrong. If anyone has some suggestions please let me know.
