i won ftops number #20 last friday for $96,000, add that to the $2k in my account and you got $98,000.

Minutes after i won the tournament my account was shut down.

I have emailed support between 10-20 time since friday and still not had a reply i am now in a position where full tilt have $98k of my money and there is nothing i can do about it.

they won't even talk to me.

OP cheated a few years ago with a friend when he just started out and softplayed him including a crazy hand where he had AK and didnt call his friends all in when the blinds were really high and he was getting 12-1 to call. i can understand the anxiety you are feeling, but emailing them 10-20 times in the interim is stupid and childish. You know the rules send 1 email and wait, thats how you get proper response.

FTP shuts down 98k without even notifying him to let him know. I'd be emailing every hour demanding to speak to whatever manager I could get a hold of.

10-20 emails is not stupid and childish. We are talking about 100k. FTP support are the childish ones. It's ridiculous that a company would lock you out of 100k for a week without a single notice as to why.

I agree, it is hard to stay cool when you just hit big and then get shut down immediatly after the hit. If that was me I would be freaking out as well knowing that I have never cheated or done anything other then play to win. If they were going to shut him down they shoulda done it before he hit big not wait for him to hit and then take his money.

But OP hasn't even posted any of the emails he sent? Why not. How do you know he wasn't cheating. Obviously there is more to the story he doesn't want us to know.

sure you could email them once per hour or whatever, will accomplish nothing, you could hire a lawyer, will accomplish nothing. you could send 1 email book a flight to cancun for the week then return and see what full tilt has to say, no point in wigging out over something with which you have absolutely no control and no power to influence, we are at the mercy of the sites and thats just how it is
