Yes, I was playing 4 $10.70 double ups, and all 4 were running slow. Normally I think, "oh, a player is running out the clock to make the blinds go up".

But that was NOT the case tonight. EVERYBODY was acting like that, even regulars who I know play fast.

I wrote Cake to get a refund for all 4 tourneys, and they said that since I had no connection problems they would not refund me. I said that is unacceptable and I am going to post to 2P2 about it. So Here I am.

I have not updated since around 3 pm today, supposedly there was a later update that has made everyone stuff lag

i emailed them about it and they asked me what kind of system and crap i was running like it was on my end and i tell them i play on the site everyday all day today and it was fine and then it went to crap it has nothing to do with my system and they should pause the games as they can and have before and i was in some stt and was getting screwed out of my buyin. I accused them of just letting the site operate in this condition solely based on getting players rake regardless and they just replied that they were sorry i feel this way. Good stuff cake!

They just admitted to me that the problems have been caused by the new software upgrade...I asked for a refund and they said this will be decided by management later

haha what a bunch of *******s. They question me in 2 emails about my system and say nothing about it being a problem on their end. only that they are "investigating." I am sure they were well aware but needed that rake to stay afloat another day

How much do you want to bet it's related to them implementing SSL?
I'm going to email them back and say I found out that you guys admitted there was a problem to another 2P2 user.

Jeez.. i guess I shouldn't play in 6 hour sessions then. I did quit and restart but I didn't notice an update (but I might have seen it and forgotten about it)

wow there is actually 2700+ on the network right now. That is amazing considering it was only around 1500 an hour ago. fishy and dishonest

Cake has replied a second time saying there will be no refunds since I won one of the games. That doesn't matter in my opinion. I think everybody involved in those games should get a refund.

There's no cheating or unfairness here. You shouldn't get a refund because it was the same for everybody.

"xxx players online" is prob. the number logged in vs. PokerScout which has the number actually at the tables.
