Dave, why is it that the my hands are no longer available on the website? Coincidence?

I understand that taking a few hours out of your day to restore your site's integrity to the entire 2+2 community by honouring my HH request is a lot to ask. I would therefore be happy to provide my password to any 3rd party volunteers who could then scour my hands for any evidence of honest play by the players I suspect. Is there a link to some archive server where we could do this?

Pitbullpoker , is located also in San Jose , Costa Rica, and is one of the most underground poker site in this country. Why underground, well imagine yourself working in a small rent it home in downtown San Jose, where basically in their garage have twenty young people between 16 and 23 years old playing poker (watching costumers hands of course),which at the end is a scam , and this is how Pitbullpoker is doing money or stealing others people money from all over the world. From Canada to Russia.
The owner is a canadian 32 years old Kevin Baronowsky, who's also is known doing Internet scam in the past, sending people junk mail or spam regarding different and NOT real promotions worldwide.
Those kids who are working for him are doing $2.50 per hour, and sometimes they need to stay more than 12 hours daily. If you are NOT doing a good Rake for the company they just saying you Good Bye. For only $2.50 an hour ... Jesus, these guys are a total Scam and I think that most of the costumers never realize what is really happening.
It's sad , but it's true.

This is some more interesting stuff.

Kevin Baronowsky
9360 W. Flamingo Rd
Las Vegas, Nevada 89147
United States

is the registrant for xardplayer.com. That site redirects to pitbullpoker.com.

His email is kevin@pherx.com. Check out pherx.com it is a pherehormone site, and it sounds like kevin is the guy running everything there.

He is also the registrant for PITBULLPOKR.COM (not a typo), which also quite naturally links to pitbullpoker.com.

So that person seems to have actually been an aquantance of Kevin B, and Dave even acknowledges in a response that the person making those accusations was in fact a disgruntled former employee.

This is an interesting thread too. Someone named DSSCanuck AKA Kevin Baronowsky was apparantly selling some illegal cable equipment or something.

Yes those are banners for pherx.com and eczemaderm.com

Eczemaderm.com is a new one and it is registered to a whole new company in Saint Kitts and Nevis, but it is hosted on the pherx.com servers.

No wonder PBdave is so freakin busy!
I wouldn't have time to process cashouts either if I was selling steroid cream, pherehormones, illegal cable equipment, and making sure my poker games are clean too!

But wait, there's more!

http://www.who.is/domain_archive-com/wsop.com/

WSOP.com was hosted on the pherx.com servers for a while. It was owned by Federico Schiavo who was running the "world standard of online poker" site lol.

from http://www.lasvegasvegas.com/2006/09/

WSOP.com was the subject of a lawsuit between Harrahs and Rederico Schiavio that resulted in Harrahs receiving ownership of the domain. As you can see in that first link, it was hosted on the pherx.com server!

"Harrah's is suing Federico Schiavio over the domain WSOP.com.

Schiavio is Binion Horseshoe's former information technology director, who purchased the domain on his own in May 2003.

In March 2004, Harrah's purchased Horseshoe.

In November 2005, Schiavio launched WSOP.com (World's Standard of Online Poker), an online poker site that returns 51 percent of corporate net revenue to its members.

Harrah's says when they purchased Binion's for the World Series of Poker trademark, it should include WSOP.

Schiavio argues that the brand did not include the acronym WSOP.

Harrah's says he's profiting off their brand.

Schiavio says nyah, nyah.

In 2004, a disclaimer at the bottom of the shopping page stated "Not affiliated with Harrah's Entertainment, Inc." It's since been removed.

Schiavio's ownership of WSOP.com expires May 2014.

We don't know for sure, but we assume Harrah's already approached Schiavio with a buyout offer, Schiavio balked, and now both will spend much more money in the Las Vegas U.S. District Court."

WSOP.COM (World's Standard of Online Poker) launches poker room that gives 51% of corporate net revenues to members.

(PRWEB) January 29, 2006 -- WSOP.COM launched its innovative online poker room on November 3rd 2005. According to Federico Schiavio, Owner of WSOP.COM:

“The Mission of WSOP.COM’s All In Poker room is to offer the best deal to the community of poker players and affiliates on the Internet. WSOP.COM seeks to give all our members an equal opportunity to be rewarded for playing poker and referring their friends. Given that the poker room is exclusively promoted by its members we are able to reward them with 51% of the net revenues that would otherwise be spent on traditional advertising. We have developed a simple multi level relationship marketing program as the basis for rewarding our members.”

Here are the benefits:

1) We are giving 51% of the Net revenues back to members.
2) Only 750 raked hands per month, to earn your entire commission or,
3) Full commission also earned by referring 100 people who play at least 100 raked hands per month, and they can be the same 100 people every time
4) We give you 25% of the commission regardless if you play or refer
5) Members who sign up without an invitation are equally and evenly distributed among existing members so your downline grows by itself.
6) Instantaneous money transfers between members.
7) Free to join.

WSOP.COM is leading the growing group of new challengers to the domination of a small number of top poker sites. WSOP.COM involves all members in the success of the business and enables members to be part of the poker revolution.

For further information please contact Federico Schiavio, Owner, WSOP.COM, +1 310 305 8484, www.wsop.com.

The links below explain our referral program in detail.

I don't get the connection to Schiavio. Please explain. I don't think a shared nameserver is enough to go on. I think Schiavio may just be a domain broker/squatter and at some point had something to do with the domain for the pheremones. I don't see a business connection.

FWIW that is the only other site I have found besides the ones listed above that were hosted on the pherx.com server.
Here is my speculation at the moment:

wsop.com was possibly a joint venture between
Kevin Baronowsky and Federico Schiavio. Mr. Schiavio was the IT director for Binions at one point so had some of the technical expertise needed to create a poker site. Mr. Baronowsky is just good at freakin everything. So they partner up and host things on Mr. B's server.

March 23, 2004 Harrahs initiates legal action against Schiavo over wsop.com.

April 19, 2004, Dimensus ltd is formed.

That is a pretty convenient timeline for this theory. I imagine they knew they would lose the lawsuit eventually so just got a new site going right away.

We know there are probably 2 owners of dimensus, maybe these are the 2.

Any guesses on which of the 2 Dave Brenes really is? I vote for Kevin B.

This site gives the full rundown on the harrahs/wsop/schiavio mess.
In part 6, paragraph 8:

"Both included the promotional materials linking to the All In Poker site, even as the current wsop.com front page --- the one condemning Harrah's --- offers a standard affiliate-style link to a different, newer online room, PitBull Poker."

And at the very bottom:

"It once again demonstrates that Schiavio was far, far more than an All In Poker affiliate, "super" or not.

The "LTD" tag, indicating U.K. incorporation, is noted, too. Yes, Schiavio thought out well his plans to keep the wsop.com domain out of Harrah's hands or make its obtainment as expensive as possible. Schiavio worked in Vegas for Becky Behnen and recently operated from California, but one report had him back in his native Italy of late, making the ongoing civil actions that much more difficult for Harrah's. Paul Barnes, All In Poker's chief executive, seems to have relocated as well. Contact information for AIP in these post-UIGEA days now heads to an address in the British Virgin Islands.

A long, strange road indeed. No one can say for sure the ultimate fate of the wsop.com domain or Federico Schiavio's MLM dreams. At this juncture, no one is talking; it's a matter for the lawyers and the courts."
