I just lost my winamax poker account permanently due to a comms error in their emails.

TL;DR - Winamax is closing player accounts if you haven't played a hand in a year. Their comms system borks the date you must play by. By the*time you query the actual date, it's GG account. Register a new one if you like, but you are not getting your SN back.
- you lose player notes
- opponents don't know who you are / affects some play dynamics
- currently tracking site pocketfives doesn't allow multiple winamax SNs to be registered, so you will lose some scores tracking
Sigh.
