Two weeks ago I did checks and UMW they were canceling few day ago I sent my documents driver license and bank statement. They started canceling again when I ask why they said they don't have documents. When I said I sent it many times they made up story of different policy for UMW.
One hour ago supervisor said about misunderstanding I don't have to wait for UMW 3 months. I can get is even today. My "aggressive" and frightening behavior riches the point? Why when I was pleasant and kind couldn't get right respond from supervisor? I in my opinion was part of their planed game with customers. Good Cop Bed Cop..
First you keep adding new info. According to the latest chat you posted you will be able to Cashout using UMW, they just have to verify you documents. That's what they said in the above. I'd suggest staying calm and giving them time to verify your documents. When these things happened on Full Tilt it took a month or longer in some cases. During that time the accounts were frozen. It doesn't seem to much to wait 72 hours for the verification process.

BTW, when was this latest chat?

I was not aware but makes sense. I suppose I just got a slow or overloaded rep. It was frustrating that the 1st rep (when i was in RPM) would only type back once every 15mins and the one on PO would respond back like it was an instant message convo.


But seriously wtf is this error RPM. I was able to go over to PlayersOnly afterwards and both VISA & UMW worked fine. Why could chat support not tell a new player what to do to resolve this issue. The CS rep was just trying to get you to go through the steps:
1. Wait for your documents to be approved.
2. Withdraw.

You decided to send in your documents then spam cashier with withdrawal requests while your ID verification was still pending. Then you brought up mywallet and the first CS guy didn't know if you were trying to use UseMyWallet and didn't think you had a UMW account.
Rather than telling him you did already have a UMW account, you kept spouting some nonsense about how they're making things up.

BTW PlayersOnly was great when I played there, and they do have their own customer service and live chat (it's not Merge network's general live chat, they had the same live chat when they were on Cake). I never had a problem withdrawing 3 times for over 12k total.

I notice many poker rooms have a problem with letting people withdraw money, mostly postpone to 3-6 months, players-only for me is not safe I want my money travel fast. Carbon is locate in Canada, RPM in US, Players-only on Islands Antigua and Barbuda.
Its interesting where their license coming from. Internet poker became very unstable financially since Black Friday no doubt. Point is I dont see reason to be so optimistic to unknown management of poker-rooms. Even if they sometimes have same customer support that doesn't mean they same taking care of finance, I got some experience im happy. I think now can make better decision to choose poker room in the same network.

PlayersOnly has their own live chat system as well as their own cashier system, as is common with sites which have existed prior to joining the Merge Network.

FWIW, I've played at PlayersOnly when they were on the Boss Network, Cake Network, and Merge Network and have cashed out many times without ever losing any money.
