Had a quick question about the 250vip/week to 100k satty promo...
If you're a rakeback player and rake $1, does this only count as 2 VIP towards the 250 vs the 10 from non RB?
I'm non RB for another couple weeks so it will be cake to get the 250, but if it's actually 1250 that will be much tougher

Yea that's what I was thinking too Dave, counting the 99$ daily that is 4 tourneys going pretty much at the same time might be a little confusing, perhaps having the HORSE start a couple hours later around the time the Triumvirate Hero daily would be a little better time slot, but either way I'll play it. Just a word to everyone...the micro tournies have vast overlays right now. The HORSE tournament would've been a monster overlay but there weren't even 8 registered.

I know the prize pools are basically small, but if you want to experiment with a new style or just grind out a few free dollars, these tournies are easy to money in.

The guarantee is $30. At 30-cents per entry, it would take 100 players to meet the guarantee. Anything less than 100 means the house is paying the difference.

These tournies are getting 20-25 entries...top 10 get paid. So you're paying 30-cents for a shot at $9 first place. With so few entries, your odds of cashing/winning go up because you face less competition.

Unfortunately, yes, that is the case, but again, the 35% back pretty much trumps most things in the first place, again, running promotions for RB players is something I've yet to fully resolve, but working on.

You need to be 60 days inactive, meaning not even logged into the other account, to be able to transfer to Hero or any other Merge site.

Its every day at 7pm server time.

david, i see the promos (freerolls) are dedicated to US & CAN only. is there no love for eurodonks on hero poker?

Actually I'd love to, but I mean, Europe is huge, and I would guess my next step would be looking to do something for the UK. But when Hero does enter into a new market, we're basically going to roll out the exact same promotions for that market only. We simply don't want to make these freerolls with 5000 players in it playing for $100 or something... I'd say, PM what country you're in and lets see what I can work out.

I need some feedback can U.S. players play here right now? How about cashing out? No point playing somewhere if you can't cash out lol

I am enjoying playing on Hero poker very much, I especially like the freerolls and how easy it is to make something out of nothing. So far a lot of the players on there are from the U.S., There customer service is friendly in a timely manner. Dave goes above and beyond the duties of a CEO and makes playing on hero feel a lot more safe seeing as how he continues to answer questions and help every single player he can. It's a lot easier to respect the site you play on when you respect the people that run it. Once I build my roll to 200 I will cash out a hundred to see how fast it takes for a check to arrive. I have very few to no problems at all playing on Hero poker, it reminds me a lot of stars with out a ton of traffic. I dont think they are accepting new U.S. players as far as I know. I was able to make over $22 just playing freerolls today. Not to bad for playing for free, hopefully if I can keep this pace I will be able to report back about the timliness of cashouts . So far I am loving Hero poker and the way the CEO has handled his business. Keep up the Good Work Hero Poker.

You get them every time you move up a level. For Farmer levels you get 1 for each level after level 4 I believe. When you move up to Recruit you will get a fast fifty coupon for each level up and then at Barbarian you move to $1 DoN coupons and so on as you move up. See the Hero website for all the details.

If you don't want to play the games the coupons are for you can save them up and email rewards@heropoker.com and trade them in for bigger coupons.

You can see how many you have by clicking on Player Administration at the bottom of the lobby and then click on tournament coupons.

The promo '100 seats to the $100K' is still nowhere in the software (tourney isn't listed in the tourney tab, and there's no tab to check your progress in 'Player Admin')

#1. you need to verify your account because you deposited one way, but you are withdrawing another way, I know its a pain.

Please go to Player admin (game lobby), then it will open up a browser screen, click on 'Account ID Verification' and follow the instructions there, and upload the ID documents there: File Upload.

Then email directly at: marketing@heropoker.com

#2. I am not sure why these are not going through, they should be from support@heropoker.com, but please email me directly and apologize for this, I will look into it as well.

#3. You absolutely should be able to dl our newest software, what I suggest is, completely uninstall you current Hero software and then re download it and install it from our site from scratch again.

Happy 4th of July as well,

I believe it is an automatic process, once you hit your 250 vip points for the week, the ticket is automatically issued and the tournament is up on Sat 15:00; so you're going to have to check it via your own player admin section,
in terms of the tournament being there, I am going to double check this before Saturday and post here on it, I have been 100% told that we are opted in 100% and I've confirmed this twice. But it appears that tournament will not appear until its a couple of days away in the client.
