#1. you need to verify your account because you deposited one way, but you are withdrawing another way, I know its a pain.
Please go to Player admin (game lobby), then it will open up a browser screen, click on 'Account ID Verification' and follow the instructions there, and upload the ID documents there: File Upload.
Then email directly at:
marketing@heropoker.com
#2. I am not sure why these are not going through, they should be from
support@heropoker.com, but please email me directly and apologize for this, I will look into it as well.
#3. You absolutely should be able to dl our newest software, what I suggest is, completely uninstall you current Hero software and then re download it and install it from our site from scratch again.
