requested transfer on Friday last week, money got there this evening Pacific Coast time.

I received my funds to my Carbon Acct last night, and my tournament tickets this morning.. They wouldn't give me any credit on their rakeback program, so looks like we're starting over there...

I second Hero Joining WPN, but hopefully that comes with a software update... Their tables make revolution feel like FTP...

Same here. Looks like those that made the request Thursday or before already got it. I think for Friday and onwards they are maybe starting today and then hopefully in the next couple of days should be sorted out.

Whatever you do, if support tells you your original Carbon account is inactive or dormant or whatever but you can still sign into it just fine, don't open a second account like they suggest. I did and it's been a hassle. Supports answer to my second account issues is to delete cookies and try different browsers. This is not helpful. I asked several times if opening a second Carbon account was really the way to go since my first one worked fine and they insisted my original account was inactive because of not being logged into for over 500 days, even though I logged into it several times since RPM closed.

I dunno. I think they are just ****ing with me now. Delete cookies! Really?

I'm begging them now to transfer funds to my Aced account, which is supposedly owned by Carbon. If that doesn't work I give up I guess.

Edit: Just tried logging back into second Carbon account and it's now suspended.

Does anyone know if document verification will be rolled from Hero to the new site? I am hoping that we don't have to go through that again to withdraw.

Making progress. Got my original Carbon account back. Got rakeback applied. Now just have to figure a way to get Hero funds transferred to it.

Yes I am. Almost there. Got my funds transferred to my Aced Poker account but unfortunately they approved rakeback to the original Carbon account that they said was no good, but then decided is good again. So if I can somehow get them to switch the rakeback to where the money went I will be 100% solid again.

After PM'ing Carbon Ryan everything seemed to move at lightning speed. Highly recommend using him as a resource to get problems resolved quickly.

Playing on Aced is like playing on my old Poker.com account. I have the same screen name and all the accolades earned from back when Merge was Poker.com. I must be the only one left with a 3k freeroll winner accolade. That must have been like 8 years or so ago? I even have some bonuses left over from 2007 that never expired. It's like going back in time!

Got founds but not my VIP points. What a hassle, you think they would do their job. Can't wait for U.S. to grant us playing here again so I get what i payed for. I had trouble depositing withdrawing communicating and i can go on for F ever. Where the money goes it makes F sense. Wish you luck as as soon as U.S. players can play on their land you will land poorly.
