post your bank statements here (delete all personal info)

I sure have? i have got a few month's already from 2 times i have sent in records. i only got one reply that was colin. the second request (was around 2 months ago) i honered i never got a reply. nor did they specify from what time period they wanted records so i just sent a 2 months worth.

apkrnewb - I am amazed at your inability to read advice from here or figure out the incredibly obvious.

Granny might still be willing to help you even though the 24 hour window has expired. Please take him up on the offer because it's clear you can't figure out how to do all this complicated adding and subtracting stuff on your own.

He needs transactions back a year, so he has to request them. The tranasctions only goes back 90 days as far as I can tell.

It can be done through the client. The only problem is, if this guy really is not a troll, he won't be able to figure it out. However, for kicks, I'll outline it for him.

A) Click "Cashier" button
B) Click "History" button
C) Click "Request Playing Audit"
D) Setup the dates you would like to request
E) Setup a password for your audit
F) Enter your Stars password
G) Check your email
H) Click the link in your email
I) Unzip using Winzip because Vista's zip program doesn't support passwords
J) Open file and type in your audit password

Viola. As I said earlier, I can't confirm if it will show deposits, but being that it shows every table you've played at, cashier balance from table to table, FPPs and VPPs from table to table and cashout dates and amounts, I'd imagine it would include deposits, too.
