How do I request them, I have checked in my BetFair folder in my C Drive yet it is empty

I also didn't run PT because I was just testing the site out so I cant grab them off that and I want to analyse the big hands

you need to select it on the pop up menu after you sit down at a table. it will stay selected from session to session after you do this, but you wont be able save any hands until this is done. betfair CS is horrendous, they wont send you your history.
