It doesn't matter what the tweak is. If there is any "rule" applied consistently to rig the deal in a way that is relevant to poker hands, only a fairly small number of statistical tests need to be done to find it because only certain card patterns matter in poker. And when you measure the discrepancies in standard deviations they get bigger and bigger and bigger. In a few million poker hands there is no significantly profitable tweak that can be hidden from a statistical analysis. That's why I've offered $500 several times to anyone who can show how to do it. As Monteroy said, it's a rigged bet.
