No one should be flamed for expressing an opinion (imo) although doing so more often reflects badly on the flamer and is often counter productive to his or her argument. In other words it may convince an objective observer that the flamer's arguments have less merit than the opposition.

The rng opposition may not have approached the issue in a rigorous way as far as proving it to the majority of the rng suporters is concerned, but that is not and shouldn't (imo) be the objective. It is certainly not our job. We have come to our own conclusion and have expressed it. If someone wants to play online and is as happy as can be, there is no problem as far as I'm concerned.

Some of us have looked at online from personal experience, talked to other players we respect and admire, and taken our own stats. We have decided for ourselves. It's opinion and should be expressed as such. It is not for us to say don't play online. We express one point of view, the online supporters and shills express the other. Players in doubt can read both points of view, then play online, see how it runs, and decide for themselves.
