Global simply doesn't enforce rules.
If you want to play on a site which ignores RTA, chip-dumping, and cooperating rings, Global is the site for you.
All rules are ignored. You have to personally offend a customer service rep before they act on any rule, so don't waste your time reporting anyone. Chat offenses, external software, you name it; Global doesn't mind.
Do you want to explicitly team up in chat, go for it! Global will let you. Want to pay off debts by dumping chips to a friend? No problem! You don't even need to talk in code, because nobody at Global cares.
