I ordered the 24" Samsung monitor from the EU store at the start of February, but I've just been looking in the store again now and it's not there anymore.

Haven't heard anything about it since I ordered, but I just emailed asking what the deal is. Hope they don't try and give me an inferior model instead

the video camera is a HUGE disappointment. it comes with NO disks to record anything and NO extra battery (orig comes with pos battery that is good for like 45 minutes). there is no charger either so be prepared to go to best buy to spend $$ on needed accessories to make the f-in thing work.

shot glasses are thumbsup and ipod nano received today, thumbsup

i have the garmin. it's just okay. we moved to a new area of town and it doesn't have all the streets. i hope there's a way to update it. Just ordered the tomtom for the wife so hopefully it is better.

I like the TomTom a lot. Theoretically you can make your own map corrections, but I'm not sure if you can add whole new roads. You can also download map updates online.

TomTom doesn't read upcoming street names either, I wish it did. Anyways, I downloaded the Darth Vader voice for it. Not very authentic, but mildly entertaining. This is my first GPS I've ever used so I can't compare it to anything else. It generally works, and it's very portable. Could be better though.

I wish Full Tilt could get high end cameras in the store, not crap outdated pocket cameras or bottom wrung SLR's.

I still don't understand why FT doesn't add grinding laptops with 1900x1200 resolution. Why nothave the 17 inch MacBook Pro? It just helps them make more money.

i totally agree. i wrote them twice, complaining about this.
they also had the old ipod models long after the new ones came out (old ipod touch was even more expensive than the new one).

and on top of that, when i finally tried to order an ipod from the EU store, i had to find out that EU doesn't mean "europe" but literally "european union" and i couldn't buy anything because i live in switzerland.

i mean what's the problem? why not offer a HUGE variety of items?
the eurolinx store for example is really awesome.

Lame. I got the store to respond finally and my 50" plasma is on back order. Delivery is scheduled for 3/10, ~6 weeks after order.

I also received my Macbook today. About half an hour ago and I'm making this post on it. It is a little heavier than I was hoping and I'm finding the multi touch pad a little annoying to use. I think that the touch pad will be more comfortable to use after a few hours. The keyboard is nice to type on giving a good tactile response and isn't very loud. The screen looks really good and reminds me of the screen on my iPod touch. Physically the computer is very attractive and I really like the maglock power connector.

Vertical viewing angle is okay. You can position yourself like 20 to 25 degrees above straight. It's worse if you want to position yourself below the monitor; you'll need a way to tilt it down if you want to mount the monitor above your head. The real problem is there is no tilt adjustment. It just sits in its stand, and has a very slight upward facing tilt. It's fine for any desk-chair combination.

Horizontal viewing is totally fine; you can go some 40 degrees before the screen starts to darken.

Yesterday I got the door mat, which is pretty cool. I also got two bar stools which I was pretty impressed by how awesome they look. I got a few other random things like trash can, golf towel, chef set. All of this stuff came in about 10 days from ordering it, kudos to ftp on the super fast shipping.

hey all,

I have a little over 200 ftp's... and plan on converting my 2500 medals into 100K FTP's.. for a total of about 300K...

I was planning on getting a 2nd 30" monitor but i noticed the price on it dropped since i bought my first one from ~1250 to ~999... which is the first price drop I've seen on the 305T in like a year and a half... how long do you think FTP will take in dropping it's FTP requirements for this item? i know the 24" used to be 200K ftp's and saw it go way down (following the market) so i guess we can assume the same about this item?

what item (other than the baller ass bathrobe) is the most bang for your buck?

Isn't the 305T model a slightly newer model than the initial one that came out in the store?

Either way, ftp has been slow to update the prices on a lot of electronics (cameras, gps, etc), so I wouldn't hold my breath.

I have the Sony Viao CS190 coming, its supposed to be delivered here tomorrow (thats what the tracking number said). So once I get it, use it for a couple days and such, then I'll post a good review of it. Doesn't seem to be one posted in here, so I'll make sure I get one up after a lil use.
