Hm, sounds like something they don't ordinarily do. Definitely the right decision, FTP.

There's a difference between service and software. Some of the smaller sites have ****ty software, but really great software.

I have contacted FTP several times and even provided video proof of glitches that occurred while I was playing several sitngos. I have yet to hear back from them.

Since several people have already been reimbursed, I'm assuming that it will turn out well

I have had nothing but bad experiences with FTP support. I've had big hands folded, blinds missed, etc. etc. etc. and they don't even answer my e-mails.

I'll go ahead and add to this thread by saying that altough they took alomst 16 full days to get get back to me on my refund request, they did and refunded me in full.

I sent them screenshots, and emails telling them I was leaving(mostly because they were not even responding to my email). fwiw this refund was not in tournament dollars, and was not a bonus. It was cash.

I have more faith in them now then I did a day ago. Obviously there is alot of things they need to learn from this, but this refund was a step in the right direction.

Alright, I guess thats looking good for me. I sent them a video and explained how the software messed up, and I haven't heard from them yet so I thought they were just ignoring me.

Hopefully I'll hear from them soon

life tilt + 1. FT isnt compensating me at all, they finally replied to my email today and flat out said No. No, but plz accept our sincere apologies. Apparently they aren't concerned about losing ~16k rake per month.
