So I'll make a long story as short as possible. Basically, I attempted to withdraw funds from my account, and I receive an email 2 days later saying that the transaction has been denied. I question them, and their response was "closely associated with players who are guilty of fraudulent activity."

...no, I'm not. The only thing that comes to mind is the fact that I've transferred funds with a friend a couple times who was also wrongfully accused but has not fought his ban since he had little money left anyway.

So, this brings me to my angry and perplexed state. I have been BANNED AND STOLEN FROM because I've transferred funds with a player they deem (wrongfully, btw) to be fraudulent? Even if he was, what does that have to do with me and MY money?!!

I have no problem with them banning my account since I have no intentions to do business with crooks ever again, but how in the world do they have the right to STEAL my hard-earned money?!?!?!?!

Oh, and something I found hysterical is that they accepted not one but two payments from rakebackpros on a BANNED account. Class act, FullTilt.

If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it very much. I'm just so angry that they can get away with stealing from me. Please help, thanks.

what did your friend do and were you involed in anyway? since you think he was wrongly accused; what did he do to make ftp ban him.

They claimed he was colluding with a player months before I even joined. He was profit/loss sharing, which to me is in no way related to colluding. But either way, I was not involved.

whether or not you're telling the truth, this is a pretty ridiculous statement. yeah, there's no way that someone who did something wrong would try to pretend they didn't. that literally never happens here. i mean what would the motive be for doing that? just money? oh, is that all?

I'm just asking for help from people that have a better understanding on the actions I can take. You guys know what you're talking about, much more than I, when it comes to online poker. Don't waste your time posting in this thread if you don't believe me or have nothing constructive to add. I'm not looking for confrontation, only help. Thanks again.

don't see what help you're gonna get unless you post the emails. it's going to look suspicious if you don't, and i can't figure out your reasoning not to

the most constructive comment so far was for you to post emails which you declined. You will receive no help or sympathy otherwise.

Noob question then, what will posting the emails do/what risks are there in doing so? (new to this site as you can tell)

If you are innocent it can ONLY help you...Your account is banned and monies confiscated what do you have left to lose so what can be the risks..

You will also NEED to post ALL screen names involved...

it will allow people to see whether or not you are at fault or being mistreated. considering that there are many FT reps that frequent the forums, if you have a case, more often than not they will look into it for you.

what are the risks?? if you are a scammer you will look like a fool.

So you're telling me that you won't give me MY money because I've transferred with someone you deem fraudulent?! What in the world does that player have to do with me and MY money?!!!!!!! Go ahead and close my account since I will NEVER EVER play for you thieves again, but PLEASE give me my hard earned and rightfully deserved money. You crooks must have at least some morals, do you not? I find it hysterical that you have accepted transfers from rakeback on a banned account!!!! If you find ME to be fraudulent, then keep my money. BUT YOU CANNOT BECAUSE I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. Therefore, I will not accept my money to be stolen from me, so please give me it back and I will go away peacefully.

they probably closed your account for being a colluding mutliaccounter. hope this helps.

my account name is YanksTerps, same as on here. I don't feel comfortable with posting my friends without his permission. If that causes any doubt in anyone's mind then so be it. Not gunna do it against his will.

No, that doesn't help. If I was a colluding multiaccounter, would I be fighting for my money when that's the easiest thing to prove?

So Full Tilt are saying that 1 or more of your 'friends' accounts has a similar name or address to yours, and that they withdraw to the same bank account. That bit also not true?

Oh, and in the email, it lists 4 possible reasons - we've never played on same computer/IP, have completely different info on the accounts, and don't share payment processors. So, by process of elimination, its the transfer thing.

D.S. - That part is not true. It says "1 or more reasons". The only thing it could be is the tranfers.

probably, because its a freeroll even if its a total hail mary, and people do it all the time.

even when people are banned, its very rare for them to be denied the money left in their account without pretty substantial proof of shady things.

I understand everyone's skepticism and rightfully so. I just wish SOMEONE would believe me. I posted the emails, my account, what more can I do to gain trust?
