Can you quote someone? Where do you see that someone received a bank transfer on 6/3?

I deposited on may 2nd and money was cleared on the 6th. I received my deposit of $2500
today in my bank account. Took about a month

That's one from fulltiltpoker forum under general discussion.

Full Tilt has me so angry over these bank transfers. The posts complaining that people requesting the cash outs are the cause of the problem completely misses the point. A company is only as good as its ability to pay cash outs. It is our money to withdraw and it is not unreasonable to expect it in a timely manner! They take an average of eight days to reply to an e-mail, they never come through on their promises, and they have no telephone customer service. Monthly I rake between $3000 and $4000 on Full Tilt and yet I cannot speak to a live customer service representative. Is there any other industry in the world that can generate $3000/month off of someone and yet tell that person that he cannot get through to a live representative of the company? They claim that they wish to be legal, regulated and taxed. I highly doubt if they were regulated they could get away with not offering live telephone customer service.

Also a backlog of cashouts does not explain why approximately 10 people have been paid in the last week and a half and out of that week and a half there were about 4 days where not a single person was paid.

FTP has "temporarily" suspended bank xfers. Now everyone can wait around until a new fly-by-night payment processor comes around. Miraculously deposits are totally unaffected and still take about 1 second to come out of your account.

Still waiting on my bank transfer from 5/6...I have two more in the queue as well. Probably won't see those until October, if ever. I've already begun trading FTP$ for Stars $.

It looks like another day of nobody getting paid. They really have a strange way of "catching up" on bank transfers by suspending further ones so they can process an average of 1 a day. At this rate everyone should be paid within 700-1000 business days.

Maybe 700-1000 business days, or a bit longer perhaps. After the DOJ seizes the funds they may not be willing to work with FT like they worked with Neteller, so maybe never. The last hope is that paper checks continue to be processable, but I really don't think that's going to happen.

This is so ridiculous. Has Full Tilt sent any updates to anyone in the past few days? It just feels like they've totally neglected their customers withdrawals although that probably isn't the case.

Fulltilt hasn't sent any e-mails regarding bank transfers but they haven't ignored their customer "base". In fact FTP Rick has answered the questions most players have on their mind. I'll give you an example from his 5/29 update.

3. Please empty your PM's? It's full.

- Whoops. I'll use this as another opportunity to mention that I don't check PMs very often (it's just impossible to keep up). I'll see what I can do about clearing some room.

4. i'm not that happy about the elimination of the old deep tables.

- We'll likely bring them back, as there definitely looks like there's enough demand for them. I was thinking we'd wait until the new ring game filters are ready so we can avoid the extra clutter in the lobby.

5. Tourney lobbies should say heads-up / 6-max somewhere in them

- Agreed. This will be added in one of the next few updates.

6. I would love to have the $10+1,$20+2 and $30+3, MTT SNG double stacked at normal speed. Why can't we even have a Super Stack version of these games.

- The problem is if we added a bunch of different MTT SNGs we'd either fill up the main Tournament lobby with all of those SNGs, or they'd never go off. We've struck a pretty delicate balance right now between having too many SNGs in the Tournament lobby and having enough choices for people who like their MTT SNGs.

7. I play HU SNG's and they fill fairly quick. Almost daily I'm experiencing that I'm suddenly about to register to a HU SNG that is a lot more expensive than I had planned to play because of this.

Now aren't you satisfied that FTP is answering all the riveting questions the clientele are asking?

I got this reply from Full Tilt this morning about 5 days after I asked if they can cancel my withdrawals.
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your two bank transfer withdrawal
requests (transfer numbers: XXXXXX for $XXXX and XXXXXX for $XXXX) as
the funds are in the process of being sent to you and you should receive
it in the very near future.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have
caused and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Regards,

Taddy

I found out what happened. This is exclusive footage from inside their payment processing center. I wonder how many transfer orders were lost during this?

I am a new player on FT. I was not aware of the problems ppl are having taking money out. If I was to cash money out today would it be better to do a paper check or a transfer. Some help would be appreciated.

I received my transfer this morning, approved on May 8. It also looks like they had to set up a new processor to move the funds again.
