Dear FTP:

Not only do I need the $$$ I withdrew a month ago and haven't received, I need the next withdrawal that I haven't even made yet because I'm being conservative and I don't trust you.

What do I have to do to get you to let me have my money from off of your site?

Can you FedEx me a check by tomorrow?
Can you Western Union me my money?
How 'bout a Moneygram?
Hire out an armored truck and I'll meet it somewhere and you can just give it to me directly in cash?
Will you transfer my money for me to Pokerstars so that I can get it offline from there?

I login(ed) to FTP as an observer and went to each running game. I did a note in Microsoft Word and then did a cut and paste. I went to each game, clicked in the chat area and hit enter. The following message went to all the players at each game. I'm doing it again in 2 hours and 2 hours, etc.

It read as follows:

Im actually never going to play on FT after this BS. I am extremely disappointed as I just made my first deposit and withdrawal, and have yet to see the w/d in my bank account. The deposit came out of my bank account in less than 3 business days. If they were to offer a 20% instant bonus, I may reconsider; but until then, i'm done.

Good idea...I seriously hope people stop playing @ full tilt after this mess........ Their CS is absolutely ****ed....

You won't have chat in two hours IMO. A friend of mine did something similar and they banned his account and all accounts that have ever logged in from that IP as well as any accounts that logged in in the future. GG.

I really don't blame FTP for the delays, we should really be getting mad at our government for being such croonies. The only thing that bothers me is that they keep giving us a deadline and then missing it. I don't care how long it takes, but please be truthful and that's all it matters. I got an email that says my money should come in at the absolute latest may 23rd. I hope they make this deadline this time

I communicated my cut and paste to thousands of players at FTP.

I just went online to send my message again only to have a note that said:

"We're sorry, but your chat is not currently active. Please contact customer support for assistance."


I recommend others doing the same to get the message out to active players. Make 'em cut us off one at a time or else pay the players!

This time we promise, no wait we really promise, no.. we really really pinky swear promise... WHAT THE HELL? I feel like im dealing with a ten year old telling me some s**t and when it falls through he REALLY REALLY REALLY promises this time? Sadly, we all make money on full tilt, so going to stars is an idea, but the best idea is to keep floding CS and telling them we would like REAL customer service. One of the posts in here said it best, STOP UPDATING the software, stop adding smiley faces, stop adding "features" and hire SOME F***ING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. How bout REAL reps, not this twenty day email s**t. Before the pullout, hollywood poker, which was an ongame site, they had it right they had a live chat customer service box on the main lobby page, and you could literally be chatting with rep in less than two minutes EVERY time. And if that wasnt working they had a PHONE number, a REAL LIVE phone number that you coud actually speak to someone. They were a teeny tiny site, but they had the idea that customer service was the most important part of business..... Oh, Thank you Bill Frist, and Thank you Senator Goodlatte, you guys really got something accomplished, you made it harder for people to get thier money, but according to you guys you wanted to help problem gamblers... funny all you did was add PROBLEMS to those that choose to gamble. But i tell you what if i win that state lottery, ill bet i can cash that ticket in..!!!!!

Obviously some people out there they have more money then others. But to some, who are not so fortunate, and live pay check to paycheck and have waited a month for payment it does matter. The money was in our account in good faith and removed from our accounts within in my case (minutes.) Now because I request to make a withdraw from the account I have to wait a month +. Please! Some of you would feel the very same way if you worked a week ---- expected to get paid and then did not get paid, but was informed you would get paid next week and the next week cam and still no payment and the same thing happened for 2 more weeks. I am pretty sure, your patience would be tested to the fullest. Most people would quit their jobs after this sort of disrespect. That is what all of us who haven't gotten paid should do--- quit FTP. Then when this happens to others with a big bankroll... they may join in the same conclusion. Full tilt has showed nothing but disrespect, dishonesty and bad judgment in the way they have handled this entire ordeal. Maybe if some of their "PRO'S" pulled out and didn't lend their names to such a company with these qualities.. the word may get around.

Obviously ... this has had no affect on you. Maybe our withdraws are little in your eyes .... but $1000 has an effect on mine and my children's. This is ridiculous. What if breakeven for a month (or more!) or go on a huge downswing? Are you homeless? Cant eat? Putting yourself in this situation as a "professional" poker player is extremely irresponsible and simply dumb.
You should be fully aware that things like this can and do happen in the today's world of online poker. Think about Neteller, PP pulling out or more recently the debacle over at microgaming.

The PPA has gotten involved in this and contacted both sites about the issue. We have an excellent relationship with both sites, and have seen enough documentation as well as progress to believe that both sites are working diligently to resolve this issue. We at the PPA have no reason to not take these two sites at there word, because they have together been the leader in the industry for high standards and customer support and I have seen nothing to the contrary to change my mind on that.
