I sent my first email to FT about my 2/28 xfer. I noted that xfers are no longer available for me so would they send me a check. Check was the reccommended withdrawal method in the cashier.

I received a reply in 1 hr saying that they would look into it. It was NOT a form letter. 2 1/2 hrs after their first reply they had returned my $ to my FT account and emailed that they had done so.

For the people wondering if what state you are in has anything to do with your ability to receive xfers please note that in the Poker Stars cashier it says that echecks (xfers) are currently unavailabe in your state. That is obviously for the state I am in. Some states work on PS and some do not.

looks like a bunch of people are getting their bank transfers today... I got my $100 transfer today that was requested 3/18.. i was just seeing if they were working.. cause I got a 5k wire from 3/15 that i still haven't received of course... get the 100 dollar one, but not the 5k one.. UGH!!

Ah that does make a lot of sense. I'm in Michigan and have experienced pretty bad delays but they seem to coincide with the bad delays everyone else is having. I did just get a xfer in two days last week tho.

Waiting for response - I know that was 21 hours ago, so obviously not panicking yet, but this thread is obviously not heartening.

Anyone think I'm SOL here for a while?

UPDATE:

Received: 3/22

Still no response from FTP - customer service could be better, but this time at least, I'm inclined to say all's well that ends well.

2/9: Approved
2/16, 2/22: Email inquiring status
2/23: Converted to Wire (states should be there by 3/7)
3/7: NO ****** MONEY
3/8: NO ****** MONEY
3/10: NO...
3/17: NOTHING. Emails don't even get a dated response. They pretty much stopped making fake excuses and just gave us the indefinite "we're looking into it".

3/22 - Nothing. Emails are automated/copypaste. No date, just indefinite waiting.

(NOTE, MY BANK XFER WAS TO MY ROUTING NUMBER, BUT ROUTING AND WIRE ARE DIFFERENT, SO CONVERTING TO WIRE I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY)

Wires are also not working since 3/15.

I received my 3/5 transfer today...
It's still listed as pending thou...
Plus how freaking stupid are the guys running FT as the transfer is listed as coming from a processor that even a five year old could figure out who it came from........

Still waiting on my 2/3 transfer which was supposedly converted to a wire.
It's going to a different bank and different state...

Well ftp sent me an email last week saying that my cash out from FEB 9th was reprocessed on 3-16 and I should get it with in 7 business day, so here is hoping I get it tomorrow, the fact that a bunch of people received theirs today is good news. Will report when I get it.
