did a withdrawal on feb 6.. it was converted to a wire a few days ago, then i get this email today:

We are contacting you in regards to your recent withdrawals.

Unfortunately, the $xxx Wire withdrawal that was sent in place of your unprocessed Bank Transfer Withdrawals was returned by your banking institution.

The exact reason given for this return was "name and account does not match".

The funds have been returned to your Full Tilt Poker account. You can withdraw these funds using any available withdrawal method in the cashier window.

We are sorry for this issue. We realize that this has not been an ideal situation and are working with our third party processors to ensure errors like this do not occur again.

Please note that the $50 that we deposited to your Full Tilt Poker account to cover any wire fees is yours to keep.

I did a withdrawal in January which was converted to a wire and it worked fine, so I know my acct information matches. I did a withdrawal on feb 9, waiting to see what happens with that one. My account that my ftp is connected to is a Ch4s3 account... should I open one at B0A or what?

Got an email from Full Tilt this morning saying my deposit has been credited back to my account. Also, the $50 they gave me when they converted it to a wire is also mine to keep for the trouble. So as a quick recap:

Req/App: 1/3
Converted to wire: 1/14
Email sent informing them my bank doesn't accept wires: 1/25
Trace put on my wire by Full Tilt to speed up the process of it being returned to my account: 1/31
Funds finally returned to Full Tilt account: 2/20

While I never lost faith in knowing my deposit would show up somewhere eventually, I must re-stress some of us have to exercise extreme patience. Gonna try to withdraw again later tonight. Here's hoping I get a good processor this time.

Still nothing. This is getting frustrating..emailed them regarding the transfer a few days back, "assured me" my money is safe. Not sure about that.

Im 100% ur money is safe.. You will either get ur xfer, they will convert to wire, or they will return it to ur FTP acct.

I understand you want ur money and you are frustrated it is taking so long. However, in the current state of online poker, these things happen, and will happen until something is done to regulate the industry.

My suggestion is once you get your money, join PPA (if you already haven't)

Still waiting for it. It's only been 3 days but small amounts usually clear faster than this. I assume that it is just a weekend issue. We'll see. Will need to do a bigger one soon, too.

Large, patriotic bank.

Presidents' Day yesterday in the US so most banks were closed but I am pretty sure no financial transactions got processed yesterday or last night (that is usually the case). Hopefully, it will show up soon. I am waiting on one from the 18th.

i withdrew once a month maybe and usually got them within 3 days yet this one is taking way longer

It all comes down to what state you are in. That is the most important factor that I can see. I have talked to many people on here and on other forums and have come up with this conclusion based on the information that I have attained. If you are having trouble you are better off saying what state you are in instead of what bank since the state seems to be the key factor on time of withdrawal and whether you receive it or not.

perhaps you think this is a reasonable time period to wait?

This was my first wire since coming to FT, and the scare stories about the large patriotic bank had me worried, but it came through really quickly. I think it's about location.

I think it's reasonable considering they tell you up front that's how long its going to take. If they could get it to you sooner then they would. They even have a popup no that tells you it could take longer than the 15 business days.

Now if you're meaning to ask me if it's ideal, then my answer is obviously no.

Living in California and banking with BoA... hoping it can come as soon as some of you lucky people waiting only 2 business days . Expecting it to be more like a month/turned into bank wire/failed anyways story . Anyone have experience with bank tranfers in CA? BoA?
